I've ordered these numerous times over the last 3 years and never a problem using in my Nespresso. Good value, good espresso.

I like these pods because they are good value and I think they taste as good as Nespresso but are cheaper.

I use the Bestpresso pods in my Nespresso machine. Unfortunately, the pods don't fit quite right and randomly are not punctured properly resulting in the water not being able to shoot through. The flavor when it does work is good, but in a blind taste test I was able to tell which was Bestpresso and which was Nespresso. Disappointing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

These capsules make good coffee when they work but their function is erratic. Nespresso machines have difficulty pumping water through these capsules. I tried more than one machine just to verify this. I also tried tapping the capsules before use to loosen the ground coffee inside. I dissected one to troubleshoot the issue. The ground coffee inside appears to be caked together. Apparently this inhibits the flow of water. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I give two stars because when they work they taste pretty good. They are much cheaper than nespresso but if 50% fail that changes quickly. The plastic housing seems like it could be damaging machine as it makes different sounds. I have stopped using as I don't want to have to buy new machine. I ordered 2 x 120 pods and this vendor, Giftports Inc, only sent 2 x20 pods. I emailed the vendor and got NO response. Walmart customer service also reached out to the vendor and got NO response. I returned the item in the original box so the vendor could see that there was no possible way all 240 pods (12 boxes) could have fit in the small box they sent me. Waiting for a refund. Very poor customer service.

is not true ,is only 20 pods coming in a big box no 120 ,$38.00 is to much that is the reason I return the product next day ,original nexpresso pod are cheaper no rate for me

I have tried SEVERAL brands of pods and most “BESTRESSO” brand are ok. The purple are my favorite. THESE Ristretto were terrible. Half of them are duds. The water runs clear before the single shot pull of water runs through the machine.

Decent coffee but I didn't receive 120 pods at all. Imagine my disappointment when I was expecting that and opened a SINGLE box..
