So versatile if you think outside of the box!!
I love having this on hand. Perfect as is for cold sandwiches. I love heating with bbq sauce, a hot open faced beef sandwich with gravy and mashed potatoes, a french dip with au jou sauce, or a cheese steak. Good for stir fry, too.

Deli roast beef
Always tasty, regardless of what's in the menu. Very high quality with a small amount of fat. We buy this meat often.

Just a little rubbery, other than that nothing horrible. Mine was too thick, thin would be the way to go.

really good flavor
this deli sliced meat has very good flavor. it comes in a piece of thin butcher paper, in a resealable bag, in another bag. The meat is cooked but not over-cooked.

NOT perfect for sandwiches
Taste, flavor is good, but it is tough, and chewy, not good for sandwiches. Maybe if very thinly sliced, but walmart doesn't keep their slicer blades sharp enough to thin slice tough roast beef. It is bloody, but it's cured, soo..., if you don't like your steaks medium rare, you probably won't care for this.
