Really exploring question from deep to deeper. I enjoy the categories and look forward to delve deeper into the questions and to do that with friends. I think it's a great way of getting to know eachother even better. I feel like one needs to be open minded or else the questions might be to deep or not so enjoyable but it's worth a try nonetheless :)

For Valentine's day this year, I hosted a Zoom call for professional coaches who are all single and looking for a partner. These are people who know how to communicate well. We had folks from all over the world. The person farthest away was in Asia and the closest person was at my house. I used the Icebreaker Starter Pack and the effect was awesome. I don't know if any romances took root that day, but every one said they had a great time learning about each other. We had some deep, meaningful conversations inspired by the cards. I would totally make my Icebreaker Starter Pack and Deeper Talk regular tools whenever I need to build rapport quickly with a group or individual.

So I decided to get these cards to inspire some conversations with the young men in my life. WOW!!!! We had such a good time pulling the cards and reading them. It gave me so much insight into my two boys life (one is 17yo and the other is 22 yo). It was great to spend time and have genuine bonding time with my son's. I definitely recommend purchasing the cards and starting conversations with anyone. So glad I made the investment and I look forward to using them again. Thanks!!

I've been on the lookout for a product exactly like this, so I'm so grateful for BestSelf to have made the perfect little tool to get yourself and your friends to talk about something other than unproductive click bait news. I keep in touch with friends on Skype/Zoom and last 'hangout' I told them I had some fun questions to ask... and we got REAL super quick with the first two questions. I feel like I learned soo much more about them and their deeper views than I have in the past 5 years! I have loved every deck I've bought from BestSelf, but these ones have meant the most by far. I am a counselor and there are times there are lulls in conversation (especially in group sessions), and I can just whip these out and get everyone opening up and talking! That's the reason I bought them and they're great!!! There's never been a time I was unhappy with BestSelf, always a great experience and great product

I bought to use for our teen group meeting since many of the members are new and it's really amazing how well they are responding to the question prompts. I like the categories and it's just nice to be able to introduce a neutral question out to everyone without them overthinking that I'm speaking about one person in particular. High school teens are difficult to get to open up and talk and this is an amazing tool.

I have been using the Deeper Talk Deck daily for retrospection of my own views and values while journaling. I have no doubts that some of those thoughts will be expressed later with my friends in communications. But by now, I think the cards serve me as an excellent guide and opens doors to topics that I had forgotten over time. So it's a great purchase, and I am thankful for it.

I ordered the ice breaker deeper talk deck and unfortunately got my package stolen and I reached out and they responded very quick and were able to send me a new deck no hassle great customer service and overall great deck!! So many interesting questions to learn about someone!!!

Oh, man...I bought this deck to lure my dad (who has dementia) out of his rigid routine and engage/stimulate his mind. I was hoping it would be a good way to bond and also enrich his monotonous days a little bit. It was such a hit, I can't even tell you. It sits on the kitchen table and he asks to "play that game." Although he has a lot of trouble with his short term memory, he's able to reflect and answer a lot of the questions using his long term memories, which are still very sharp. He got a little emotional a couple times, but seemed to enjoy having an opportunity to be willingly vulnerable on his own terms instead of the standard vulnerability that he faces on a daily basis (that's beyond his control). I docked it by one star because he said a couple times that some of the questions seemed like they weren't applicable to people who are in their sunset years. On future decks, I'd suggest looking at the content a bit harder thru a multi-generational lens.
