I love the idea of this device and have made use of it in ways I was not looking for. Some issues I have with this, I think it should be solid pvc, it's more of a pvc or abs frame. The part that let's this hang over the fence should be adjustable to go up or down, but it's set. If your pole extends more than 2 fence posts, it will not fit into the pole hanger. I used this on a pvc fence where the top brace is thicker than the slats, so this item does not hang flush. It could be improved by adding holes so skimmer heads lock in and won't fly away on windy days. It comes with a strap which I think is for a hose, but it's flimsy. There are no instructions, but you can figure it out by looking at the photo. However there are 2 small post nubs at the bottom that don't seem to be stable or strong enough to support anything and the strap has nowhere to clip onto.
