We just put the pool up and are very happy with its quality! Took about 2.5 hours to install and water was just delivered! Looking forward to a fun summer! 💦🌞

This was an amazing purchase zero complaints (except maybe the nuts for the ladder weren't metal but no big deal) sturdy, fairly easy to put together, beautiful addition for our yard and now feels like a backyard oasis! Hope it lasts us for years.

The pool was easy to set up Provided YouTube videos also there's no way you could mess this up. If you are going to have your pool filled with a tanker make sure you fill it with two to three inches of water. They will tell but just in case they don't. I just sat and watched the videos then I set it up very easy to do

Pool Review Overall, I'd say this is a great pool for the money, but there are definitely a few areas that could be improved. Ordering: Flawless. The ordering process was smooth and easy with no issues at all. Shipping: This is where things got frustrating. The shipment was delayed because the carrier was given the wrong address and phone number multiple times on the bill of lading. I ultimately had to reach out myself to track it down and coordinate delivery. Not ideal. Delivery: Once it finally arrived, the driver was fantastic — very helpful and professional. However, the box itself was pretty beat up, which was a little concerning at first. Setup: The instructions say two people can handle setup in about two hours. That was definitely not our experience. We did get it assembled, but it was not easy and took over 5 hours. I would strongly recommend having at least three people. The instructions also cover multiple pool types, which made it more confusing than it needed to be trying to figure out which steps applied to ours. Quality: Overall quality is pretty good, but a few things stood out: One part arrived broken The setup really needed six gaskets, but only five were included, so we had to improvise The “bottom ground cover” advertised sounded like a nice padded liner, but it turned out to be a thin, cheap tarp — definitely not what was expected Customer Service: Customer service was friendly and helpful. They handled the broken part reasonably well and got a replacement sent out in a fairly timely manner. Final Thoughts Despite the hiccups, this is still a solid pool for the price. Just go into it knowing: Setup will take longer than advertised You'll want extra help And expectations on a few accessories should be adjusted With a few improvements, this could easily be a top-tier product. Pro tip: Definitely have more than two people helping — unless you're young, spry, and feeling ambitious 😄

Great purchase. Took 3 people about 2.5 hours to set up. Some reviews stated you may need a bigger pump and I tend to agree which is why I am giving this a 4 star review. This was my first summer using it and I will finish out the year with the pump I have, next year I will be purchasing a larger pump. The pump that comes with it is nice and would work for a smaller pool, but it requires daily cleaning. with a larger pump you could get away with weekly.

This pool is overall easy to set up and is high-quality. Overall looks and performs as expected with the exception of the pool pump that it comes with. I had to purchase a bigger pump to keep the water circulated as the pump provided is way too small and has little flow but overall, I would recommend this pool with the purchase of a bigger pump.

Metal side is very thin and low quality. This pool not gonna last a season. Can not return it, because it took 2 people full day to assemble everything and there is no way to put it everything back in boxes for return. Lost a lot of money with this purchase.

Probably my worst purchase experience so far. The pool it self can be difficult to setup but do-able. It's that quality and customer service that is terrible. We got the pool shell setup and put in the 1st liner. the liner was to large around the top and had wrinkles in it but we could live with it. Went to fill it up and it had a hole. Not a pin hole, there was water coming out quickly. We contacted the Wal-Mart seller and they were decent the 1st time. They sent a replacement right away. We than received the second liner and went to put it in. The liner was far to small for the top ring of the pool. We tried to stretch it to make it fit but just ended up damaging the steel wall. I contacted Wal-Mart seller again. this time they said it is past 30 days but pool has a 2 year warranty...contact Bestway. I contact Bestway and provide all the info needed including my receipt. hear nothing for a week. I than email again from the same email chain and get the same generic email back....please provide purchase details. I reply and say they are in the first email and than the same response from them asking for purchase details. you get the point, just giving me the run-around. I than call the number and someone answers but can barely understand them. He says please provide an address for delivery...finally. I ask him to send follow-up email so I have proof. 2 days later, no email. I call again and same thing so I provide my address and give them a hard time. A week later and still nothing. now they even stopped replying to my emails...if that's what you call it. Long story short, the pool still isn't up and it has been a month of nothing but headaches. I recommend getting a cheap pool that last 2-3 years or invest in something more expensive. this company and their products are nothing but a joke and complete waste of money. thank you

this pool is a B@%TCH to set up. it is so incredibly heavy, I don't know how they can say 2 people can set this up. It is so heavy that it completely moved the groumd cloth now we have to try to get 4 people to lift it on either side to smooth out the tarp, not to mention all the bolts of the ladder were not included. this is definitely not worth $2,000, if I'm going to spend that money I'm going to pay a professional company to install it properly. our pool is the 18 x 52 pool, and it is actually bigger than 18' since we had an 18' pool last year so we kept the ground leveled out to accomodate thatsize only to find out it was bigger and needed to further level the ground.

This shipping company is a joke. Was given multiple reasons why the pool wasn't shipped yet after already given a delivery date. After three weeks with no pool, I got my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
