Bestway Hydrium Steel Wall Round Above Ground Pool - 16 x 52 in

We did able to return and exchanged the Bestway hydrium above ground pool, they arranged scheduled and we wait. We appreciate how they handle the situation we incounter the first delivery. Thanks.

my daughter set it up for their boyfriend for my granddaughter in the backyard my granddaughter loves it she's been using it for over 2 months now for cheap price it was the best value I could get in size 12x16x48

fairly easy to put up no issues with anything damaged not a fan of how the middle supports are inside the pool and creates bumps inside

I bought this pool about a week and a half ago and I'm disappointed. The legs aren't very stable. And the pump is too weak to do any actual filtering.

The packaging arrived damaged and cracked, which was very disappointing.

After spending hours leveling the ground with sand I built this pool and started putting water in it. It didn’t even get 1 foot deep and I noticed a leak at one of the seams. Obviously I’m not going to return this to the store. Extremely unhappy with this purchase

Walmart delivery was good. Setting the pool up was impossible. The side wall would not fit into the bottom rails. Couldn't even get it started. after 6 hours of struggling with it and slicing my finger open requiring stitches, I literally scrapped what I could of this pool and bought a pool from another manufacturer. Stay far away from BestWay products.

Pool came destroyed and damaged. We are not happy.

The liner was slipping at the end of last year, so we quit using it. Pulled it again this past weekend, and it’s slipping again. We pulled it up to the black lines all the way around.

I bought this pool and it leaked immediately. I spent days trying to find the leak and couldn’t. Contacted the warranty and they wanted a picture of the leak - how was I supposed to send a picture of a leak I couldn’t find? Now it’s the end of the season and the pool is drained and useless for next year. What a waste of time and money
