Bestway Power Steel 13.91' x 8.2' x 39.5" Oval Frame Pool Set

We love this pool! It's the perfect size for our limited sized yard. The included filter pump is a joke. We immediately upgraded to a sand and saltwater filtration system for a more natural chemical balance (using recyclable poly balls instead of sand). There is some tweaking with additional parts to do this. You will need to convert the 1 1/4" hoses to fit the 1 1/2 inch hoses on the larger filter. Our filter is a bit overkill for this sized pool. That just means less running time (save on energy and lower maintenance. No landfilling pool filters to replace. Also purchased the surface skimmer bucket that attaches to the intake. Pulls all debris off the top of the water. Pool is crystal clear! Hardest part of the set up was leveling the yard (a very important step) we also installed a cement retaining wall and surrounded the pool with pea gravel. The landscaping took about 3 full days (husband, myself and 2 teen boys working together) Will also be adding some cobblestone pavers and plants to the yard. It looks wonderful!

This pool is awesome! It can be set up within an hour and takes about 5 hours to fill. We've been using it as a training pool in our garage (during these crazy times) with a nearby tether for our swim kids and it's been working great!

Absolutely LOVE Love Love this pool! Best purchase made! I did buy a new pump and skimmer though the one with it is too small.

The pool is great. I have some little ones so this is exactly what they needed. It really did take us about 45 mins to set it up (the real time was leveling the ground which did take a couple days). We bought some rubber gym matts to go under it and it makes the bottom very nice. I also read that the filter is awful but our has been great. I check the chemicals every other day and clean the filter every couple days. the kids have enjoyed just about everyday for a couple month now.

I love this pool! This is one size bigger than my previous pool ( we used for 2 summers) of same brand and style. My kids are growing so i decided to upsize and so far we are loving it. Very easy to assemble and it's been up for about 6 weeks now and I have not had any problems so far. And the best part was I bought this pool for $147 with free shipping back in November 2020! These days price had more than quadrupled so I feel very lucky .

Pretty decent pool, big enough to get wet in, depth is just right for what we needed. The ladder is narrow and honestly the only reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars. Easy enough to set up, lay out the parts and go from there, but you'll need more than one person. Didn't take too long to fill it up, few hours in the evening then a few in the morning next day.

Pool set up definitely WAS NOT 30 minutes as box stated! We bought the 13.91` X 8.2` X 39.5`` OVAL FRAME POOL SET after returning a much bigger one (12x24x48) that was purchased from Costco online. What we failed to realize was that pool dimensions mentioned was not the actual pool size itself.. The dimensions include the side metals that help hold up pool (my fault for being overly excited and not paying better attention when it FINALLY was back in stock- due to shortage from COVID) Had I known how much smaller the pool was, I would have just opted for the other larger option. (Consider taking off one foot all around the pool) Overall, it took us about 2 hours to set up. Im just happy that my kids can finally enjoy some cooling off time!

The pool is of reasonably decent quality, for the money. The ladder, however is not appropriate for anyone weighing in excess of 90 pounds. It is flimsy and lacks a platform. It is a waste of money

We have had Bestway Pools for years. This year we bought a new one after years of using the last pool. The way they have the system set up to vacuum is (their words) "an upgrade" but it is actually a severe downgrade that will compromise the integrity of the pool plastic and outlet fixtures. Perhaps they are wanting to have more people purchase pools more often. I seriously cannot think of why they would consider the "new" way of blocking the flow to vacuum the pool actually an "upgrade". We had to create a modified way to use the vacuum in order to not sacrifice the plastic and the outlet system.
