[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow!! This pool is huge. After watching several videos and doing research. This took a little time. The most important thing is make sure your site is level. It took 2 people to put it up. With leveling the site. It took about a day and half. Putting the pool up took a day. But we made sure everything was exactly like it was supposed to be. The filter is pretty simple to install. The ladder is not the best. It's a little wobbly. This pool held right at 14,000 gallons. It's huge!! Awesome pool. My family and friends love it.
This pool is easy to set up and just the right size for my family. We've been swimming every day since we got it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this rectangular above ground set and my family has loved it. It was easy for my husband and me to set up and maintain. It big enough to have all the family swimming and having a great time. It's very big, fun, durable and looks great in my yard. This has been the best pool I have had so far and would highly recommend it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You are going to need two people to put up this pool. Read and follow the included directions and you'll be swimming in about two days. The pool is huge and very durable. Took me two days to fill up with water.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our new pool. This is a great set and comes with everything that you need. It comes with a ladder, pool cover chemical dispenser, and a sand pump. Assembly went smoothly and the directions were clear. It's a great sturdy pool and should last several years and beyond. I would recommend. It is BIG
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pool is absolutely massive. It took a special truck to bring it in. It is also very heavy, so when you get it, it would help to put it near where it will be. It was surprisingly easy to put together, although it did take some time. When it was assembled and when we were filling it up, the sides did lean in a lot which we were concerned about, but as it filled in the sides fixed themselves. The quality of this pool seems really good, it is holding up well so far. However, there is an issue with the pump. The pump is not big enough for this pool. The pool is not filled up to the very top (so there's not as much water in it as what is supposed to be) and still this pump cannot keep up. It seriously needs a bigger pump to come with this. I found out after the fact that this is a common issue with this pool as well. It also came with a skimmer, a pool ladder, and a pool cover. The skimmer is long, but the net is small. The cover is a pain in the butt to put on since the pool is so long, but it's a cover. The pool ladder is easy to move around if you need to take it away to keep people from getting in the pool, however it comes at a sacrifice for quality. It's not very wide and feels super flimsy. We have to have someone at the bottom of the ladder supporting because it wobbles so much. Overall, I like the pool. The size is fantastic and allows for lots of people to get in. However, you will probably need to replace the pump with a better one that can actually handle it. And bigger people may need to have extra support with the pool ladder, or replace that. The extra cost of a bigger pump on a pool that comes with one that is supposed to work but doesn't is a big turn-off for some.
Portions of the frame and legs have rusted after two summers. The rust is so bad on some of the legs they will have to be replaced and are about to crack in half. The rust is at the bottom of the legs where it slides through the vinyl flap on the liner. Out of all the legs there is bad rust on 6 of them. The rust has cracked and made holes all the way though on some areas. Where the frame comes out of the liner at the corner (at all 4 corners) has also rusted at the ends where the corner piece connects. The corners will no longer expand like they are supposed to when the pool is at water capacity. I will note that we ran our pool with saltwater, not sure if that is why it has rusted or if is just does not have the right protective coating like some higher quality metal pools do. We are going to have to replace 6-7 legs and also 8 of the rails. It may be cheaper to just buy a new pool at this point.
Poor construction warning do not buy. Bestway declined warranty. Mine failed due to top seam failure on entire 16' end of pool after 2 less than 2 summers of use and less than 29 months of ownership. Pump and filter valve too small to properly operate near 14k gal size. Had to replace after 1 st season.
I Bought this pool June of 2022 for 2 adults. On November 14 2024 i found the entire end of pool liner ripped open 2 feet from the top clear across the end. Looking into their 2 yr warranty replacement now but since 5 months over we will see if they honor. Also pump sent with pool not large enough to operate skimmer and bottom vacuum so had to order larger pump
Bought this pool 6/24/2022 and it is ruined! The pool came apart at the seam line across one end. Unbelievable! Have written to the company for a refund or new pool. Waiting to hear back.
