Bestway - Steel Pro MAX 16' x 48" Round Pool Set

Ordered this pool on March 12th, received it March 23rd. The 3rd party delivery guy unloaded it and asked me to sign a paper confirming delivery but I noticed on the paper, above where I needed to sign, it was highlighted that the pool arrived in flawless condition without any issues. So I told him I wanted to check the contents first because the box was all ripped and the poles were sticking out. So glad I did because several of the poles were bent and dented, and the liner had a big hole in it! I refused to sign the paper and the guy was very rude about it, called his boss and sat in my driveway for several minutes, then came and took pics of the damage and finally left. I contacted Walmart while he was still here, they told me NOT to sign the paper, sincerely apologized and sent me another pool without any hassle! Along with a $25 gift card for the inconvenience.. So- whatever you do, make sure to check the contents **before** signing for the delivery! If the pool arrives damaged do not sign that paper or Walmart can not send you a replacement! Still waiting on the replacement and hoping we don't have another ripped pool arrive but at least Walmart went above and beyond and fixed the problem! Hope this helps anyone that recieves a damaged pool in the future.. I almost signed but had that gut feeling. So glad I didn't and very thankful for Walmart replacing it with no hassle!

Last year was hard to find a pool so I started looking early and found this one for $349 and snagged it quick, after buying it at $349 ( tax and shipping ) the next day I checked on my order and the price shot up sky high so I’m glad I got it when I saw it, it arrived 4 days early, the outer box had some holes but we checked all inner boxes and they look fine, we still have to prep the yard before we set it up but looking forward to being able to use it when the weather warms up more

We were able to purchase this pool right before the price hike. Tried all last year to find one at a decent price and knew we would have to order early. Took a little longer than expected to set up, we needed to level the area, but once we got settled it was fairly easy. It's the perfect size for our needs. Looking forward to enjoying it during the warmer weather.

Nice size pool, easy to install and to maintain. Nice height and delivered on time with no issues. Pool pump is a little weak and pool cover could use a better one but def worth it for the price.

Great service and item was shipped really quick. Pool was in great condition. Will definitely buy all my pool supplies from here.

Was a little worried with the review about shipping, was expecting it to happen to me with my luck, but I was happily to receive a a box in perfect condition. Set up with extra hands is super easy, the whole process of unboxing and setting up took about an hour. Im extremely happy with my purchase of course before the price went high.

It arrived today, only 4 stars because haven't opened it yet, but the box has some gashes in it, I don't know why Walmart is using a 3rd party delivery company. My Walmart deliveries normally has no issues, fingers crossed on my pool being damaged because of it, we shall see, just thrilled to get a pool because it was so hard to find one last summer.

Just received this pool, the price was great, however the box showed up damaged. There are 2 large holes in the box. Won’t know until we assemble if there is any damage to the actual pool.

Pool was delivered 5 days late Box destroyed by FEDEX now a recall on the pool that I haven't even got out of the box Looking on how to get my refund
