The earrings are so tiny I could barely get them through my ears and hooked I weight 110lbs. Had to have help. It took over 1/2 hr of pain and frustration to finally get them in and snapped. I finally got them. They were broke no one to contact to get replaced! Very upset was my 11 years stocking stuffer and the rest of my order didn't even come!

These earrings looked very pretty %26 I couldn't wait to put them in. I took them out of the package, which was very nice, opened the hoop , put them in my ear and tried to close it when it broke in half. Maybe this was a one-off, but I didn't get the opportunity to get another pair. They just gave me a refund.
