something is happening!

Beta Glucans
This appears to be a good product. Beta Glucan is one of those supplements that you don't feel anythig immediately. However, we have been pretty healthy during this season, which is the reason that we take it.

This is the second time that I have been sent 700 mg instead of the 1,000 mg potency for which I paid. I question the honesty of the seller.

be very cautious
be very cautious with this item. it can interact with quite a few blood pressure medications. especially at that dose. it gave me heart palpitations so bad i went to the ER. they narrowed it down to this so stuff. I've been off it for a day and feeling better but it takes up to 4 days to get out of your system
