Good value daily immune support
Beta Glucan is one of the few supplements I can't go without. It keeps me feeling well, and I feel that I get fewer viruses when I'm taking it. I have tried many different brands, and so far notice no real difference in effectiveness, so it's nice that the Solaray brand is a little cheaper, but still does the job.
