A quality product, I've definitely noticed the benefit in less visits to the bathroom , so far so good.

It does what it says. It has significantly helped my prostrate and reduced the number of times I need to urinate at night. Will continue to purchase this product.

First time taking this supplement, not sure what to say but I hear great recommendations.

Thought i would try this out as additional support to the other product i take only complaint is the large size of the tablet little difficult to swallow . Otherwise to soon to tell if its helping .

I'm using these sterols in conjuction with hawthorne extract to lower LDL, among a number of other things. My lipid numbers are going down!

i consider it is more for men, need to take with antistress supplements and vultivitamines
