I placed an order on August 8, which was scheduled to be delivered by August 13. However, as of today, August 25, I still have not received my order. In the meantime, I tried to contact the seller twice only receiving one response, stating that the item was still on the way. Since there has been no further update or delivery, I contacted Walmart customer service today to request a refund.
