They are perfect for after a surgical procedure, or when it's during your cycle , and it's harder to have bowel movements , due to constipation .

I have a really hard time with constipation and I was excited to try these I wasn't thinking they would actually work for me because most products I have a hard time with. Well when I have used this product I have had a stool. Which I am very excited about finding something that can actually help me. So I do recommend this product for sure.

The first two days were dine but the third day before I had to go I was in pain for about half hour. I need one that works much quicker and without pain which I will stay with the one I have before this.
