BETTER 4 in x 1/2 in nap High Density Knit Paint Mini Roller with Frame

not a normal product for me but I look for one that I felt I could afford it was a decent quality and this was it so thank you so much for having this product that I can with affordable and functional you got the best of both worlds

These roller is perfect for painting those places that are just too narrow for your 8 or 9 inch roller. Sometimes you can use a brush, but you usually end up with a different look to the paint. Use this handle and tray with rollers of the length nap that you use everywhere else and your paint job will be uniform from area to area. I personally love 4x1/2" nap on my rollers for drywall and they are easy to find. I have this little tray that is easy to handle and holds enough paint to cover most small areas. The handle has tabs to keep it from rolling down into the paint while you are trying to move it around or just resting it there. I am sure the roller would clean up easily if using latex paint. I usually paint the first coat, wrap the roller in tight plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator until time for the second coat. And then just throw it away after the second coat. Keep the handle and tray clean and get new rollers for the next job. Handy tool! I definitely recommend Better Home & Garden 4x1/2 High Density Knit Mini Roller with Frame to anyone.

This BETTER by Linzer 4x1/2" High Density Knit Paint Mini Roller with Frame works pretty great to paint smaller areas! I wouldn’t recommend this item to paint an entire room or large walls but I definitely recommend it for smaller areas on parts or walls or just for smaller projects because it really does work great and gets the job done! The black handle is pretty comfortable and you also are able to add an extension pole which is a huge plus! The roller is made of really good plush and it applies paint and glides pretty easily. I highly recommend this mini paint roller, it’s good to have and use where larger paint rollers are too large!

I used this roller to repaint the wooden door frames and the window frames because the bigger ones were too big to use. It was much easier to use the smaller one to reach the corners and it also saved paint. The density of the knit roller made the paint smooth and even. A good choice!

This is a pretty good little paint roller and it's the ideal size for smaller spaces where a full size paint roller might not fit. I'd say it's mid level cause it's not a top of the line professional roller with a nice cushioned or padded handle, but it does have a nice smooth handle and the whole roller set feels very well made and doesn't feel hard to roll or like it's about to fall apart like some of the cheaply made ones do. The roller cover has a nice thick nap and as long as it's cleaned right after you are done using it, before it dries,  you should be able to re-use it multiple times because it's pretty good quality as well. As with most rollers, you can attach a universal extension pole to the end to help reach the high places without needing to use a ladder. I always end up using the extension when using rollers and I'm always surprised at how many people tell me they didn't even know that was an option but it is and it's awesome! I would recommend this for sure cause this is a pretty sturdy little guy and this seems to be the size I use most often when I end up painting.

This paint roller is ideal for smaller spaces. It is comfortable to hold and grip. The roller is soft and of good quality. I will use this in our bathroom, especially in tighter spaces that are hard to get to with a regular size roller. Great product and great quality.

We do a lot of painting and staining here as my husband is an avid woodworker. Also, lots of remodeling.... This Paint roller is excellent. I love that you can attach an extension rod- less time on the ladder. The handle is really comfortable and the roller glides easily. The roller is very thick and plush and will soak up lots of paint or varnish. I am anxiously awaiting my next project to use this roller as it a definite upgrade from some of the flimsy ones in my paint supply box.

This is the perfect size paint roller to get the job done! It provides great coverage and a smooth finish. The roller glides easily and doesn't leave streaks. I used it with some HD paint to paint a wall for my projector, so it was very important to not have any drips or streaks because it would definitely show. It did not disappoint!

It's a pretty basic paint roller. You'll get the job done. Cheap rollers or ones that need to be thrown out, are ones that leave roller lint. Unless you're doing like a massive project. I wouldn't hang on to anything, it would be sitting too long, even if it was thoroughly rinsed, you might as well get brand new ones for a new paint job. I really like the four inch. This is nice to use at the edges, the tops, the bottoms of walls. I'll usually do the edges with a paint brush. This comes with everything, all you have to do is replace the rollers if need be. The thickness is just right. Because you're squeezing the handle so tight from rolling it, it would be nice if it was padded. You could always wrap an old washcloth around it, just to give yourself some padding.

Good for cutting in or small projects. However it was shipped in a plain poly mailer. So it arrived snapped in half. I was not able to use it. Since over half the handle was snapped off. I could glue it back together but at this price point it went in the trash.
