Nice Box
As other reviewers have stated the craftsmanship of this box is not the best. It came with a small dent on the top rim, the latch sticks and is hard to turn and has a small ding on the bottom. All of these things were fixable but you really shouldn't have to fix something right out of the box. That being said the price was better than most and for my needs (mounted on a camper)it works very well.

Well Built Truck Tool Box 36"
The side of the tool box was bent, and the key to open the lid was locked inside the tool box. Very disappointed will not ever order a well-built product again.

Dented on delivery.
Box is fine. When delivered, box was smashed in on the back lower corners. I didn't have time to send back, so I hammered them out.

Dented Box
The top of the box was dented in several spots. The big one was along the edge where the seal area is. I did not even take it out of the shipping box to look at the rest of the box. I have reordered a replacement.

I placed an order 11 days ago. I was notified it shipped the next day. After 10 more days, I have not received it. Your website says it's arriving late but will not tell me the location or status of my order. It takes less than 11 hours to drive from the shipping point to my home. Why after 11 DAYS I cannot get an update?
