The H.D. box (branded Husky) costs $259.00. It has a better lock and a second strut, but for $130.00 less, I can replace the lock and add another strut (not that it needs one) and still only be out another thirty bucks. Otherwise, the two units are identical. Oh, and it fit into my basic `98 Tacoma with plenty of wiggle room. Installs with 2 bolts. Too easy. It is solid, yet lightweight. I now have a truck with a trunk.

I was looking for a slightly less expensive, but still of good quality, cross box for my 4 door Colorado personal pickup. This is perfect for holding flashlights, ice scrapers, first aid kit, a gym bag filled with extra clothes and other emergency items that I would normally carry inside the cab. Although made of slightly thinner material than the $400+ dollar counterparts, the box is plenty strong for the average person who doesn't utilize it for hard working type occupations. Well worth the price and looks great!

This little toolbox fits perfectly on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma Limited Double Cab. I bought the Better Built mounting kit that works on the Toyota rail system and I had it installed in less than 5 minutes. It's very small, only a foot wide, so you're not going to store a ton of stuff in it. However, the small (narrow and shallow) size allows you to retain valuable bed space in an already small bed. All in all, its exactly what I needed.

Can't beat the price for a well made truck bed box! The quality is very good, the closure is smooth and lock works well. The fit was as if it was custom made for my '15 Tacoma! If buy another in a heartbeat!!

Had to get two j hooks to mount without drilling holes. Works great.

If it was a little longer it would have been easier to center on my frounter truck rails. Over all good item.

This was the perfect size for my son's 99' Ford Ranger pickup. The only downside was it came with no hardware to attach it to the truck. Therefore I can not give it a five star.

Bought this box on Cyber Monday for half what it sells for today. I would have given it 5 stars if the lock/latch mechanism had been properly adjusted from the factory. As such, I spent over an hour fine tuning it so that it latched and locked completely. Unfortunately, I can't rate customer service as highly. Don't buy this product unless you have a basic understanding of mechanical things and the ability to make these adjustments. Also, some commenters complained that their tool box arrived damaged, so be prepared to return it if that happens to you.

It took almost two weeks for site to store and when I picked it up the lid had a big dent in it. I needed it for a trip so I didn't had time to reorder. I drove across the street and bought one at Lowes. It was a little more expensive but they package them much better.
