Better Built tool box
very satisfied with this item. Highly recommend to single lid instead of the double. Thanks for the quick service.

Good toolbox for the money, inadequate packaging
I'm impressed with the tool box at the price! Of course is light and thin, but I expected that. The problem is that it arrived dented in several places because the thin cardboard box in was packed in. I accepted it and kept it because I could straighten it out, and I fully expect to add lots of my own dents using it.

Good basic box, but not heavy duty.
This is not a heavy duty truck box, but the price of $190 was to good to pass up. Packaging of this item is terrible, put it in a box and tape it up. Could not open lid at first as the side of the box with the latch was pushed in by about 1/4" during sipping, and had to pull / bend the latch side of the box back out in order for it to close and open properly.

I bought a total of 3 better built boxes including 2 side mount boxes. I received the 2 side mounts first and there was definitely some minor dings and dents and i noticed how flimsy the diomond plate was but i wanted to wait for this box to arrive so i could mount it first. Upon receving the 72" crossover box i saw a huge dent in the lid and decided to take them all back. I looked over the item and saw the levers are very cheap and held on by rivets that were not even fully set (every one on all 3 boxes.) If you are not putting anything of value in them then sure go a head and buy the Better Built brand. I paid $600 for all 3 and was happy with the deal at first. Since im putting expensive tools in the box i bought ONE of the name brand for $520 but am much happier.

Cheaply built
Very flimsy material. Lid does not stay latched down. Material bends easily and I would assume puncture easily.

Disappointed!
The company shipped me my tool box without keys. I have been trying to get some shipped but having no luck!!! Customer service here is a joke ! Don't waste your time !!!!
