Handles help a lot
Perfect size for soups and small amounts of food items. Heats well and very easy to clean.

Perfect size for one or two
I was very happy with the 2 Quart pot and the 4 quart pot one of the biggest problem was preparing too much food, I hate wasting food. I now have control over portions. I was used to cooking for 4 to 5 people. If someone is now cooking for 1 to 2 people this is prefect. a 5 quart Dutch oven is too big. I now am able to fix enough food for two to three meals, the 2 Quart is just right for soup the 4 quart is too big. I've down sized my pots and my dinner plates. I use my 5 quart for pasta, 4 quart to freeze 3 portions out of 4, 2 quart for soup. I use salad plates instead of dinner plates. The only thing that I don't like is the red finish is wearing off slightly. Now I just need to find non- teflon cookware telflon is being phased out.
