Love the wide-mouth slots. The covering is light weight plastic, other than that, value for the money, easy to use, look nice.

from the very beginning I had a problem with even toasting on both sides I've seen better toasting on cheaper models didn't feel like going thru the hassle of returning so I just kept it

Poorly Designed for Customer Use
It toasts well. One major drawback is the crumb tray. Instead of easy access to slide out the crumb tray and empty, I needed to turn it over and figure out how to remove the metal crumb bottom. The crumb tray is cheaply made and now it won't stay closed. I don't recommend this toaster.

Product was made from cheap plastic: sent with one foot broken into two pieces.

This toaster worked for maybe a couple of months. Then one side of the elements just stopped working. I'm in the process of trying to get my money back.

Had trouble keep the lever to stay down and some of the coils quit working. I purchased a 2nd one and it does the same thing

This item arrived with small scratches on it (wasn't that concerned), but it also did not work. I returned it and am hesitant to repurchase.
