Makes good coffee
Works perfectly when you follow directions. I used it for the first time and it did not work well. The second time I used it and followed the directions , it worked perfectly. Everyone talked about how good the coffee tasted.

this was purchased for a church and used only weekly. The second time it was used the 'lever' that the coffee is poured from fell off. A parishioner has it fixed for the time being. (11/25/19)

the pot was the size I was looking at but we have to put the spout back on more than enjoying coffee.

NEVER BUY THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!
NEVER BUY THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! The Better Chef coffee maker worked great for a few months, then the spigot just fell off, and tons of boiling hot water spilled all over my counter and floor. I tried to call Better Chef to report the problem, and the representative actually hung up on me. So I had my credit card company call them, and Better Chef hung up on them! NEVER BUY THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!

Avoid This One
Didn't last for 10 minutes the first time it was used. Spigot handle broke and could not be fixed. Looked cheaply made and performed that way. Should never be used at a public event with multiple users.

Malfunction at 20 Cups
I was excited to have new coffee maker to replace the very old smaller one. The malfunction happened after 20 cups being poured/ the spout broke/spigot went limp and lifeless. Had to remove the hot coffee and pour into the old trustworthy pot to continue to dispense. Wouldn't recommend. Have to go through return procedure for refund.
