Better Homes & Gardens 14.5-Gallon Stainless Steel Garbage Can

This is a great trash can. I have it in my grandsons bedroom because it makes it easy for him to keep his room clean. He eats his meals and snacks at his table that's in his room. He can throw away all of the trash without having to bring it all through the house into the kitchen. It also makes him feel grown up and like he is helping his Mamaw. The can is very durable and holds the bag in place.

I love this trashcan! Super sturdy! It holds a lot and keep smells trapped in. I also like that it has the inner drum to hold the trash bag, which can be removed and cleaned if needed. It ultimately is great for keeping the floors clean from trash bag leaks, doesn't skid because of the rubber edge bottom, and the foot peddle isn't flimsy. I hope it lasts a long time. When this Trash can was delivered and taken out of a box (with no damage to it) this is what i saw. A dirty trash can with several dents in it! whomever packaged this item surely saw the damage and the dirt so very unimpressed with this purchase. tried to reorder and it says 🙄 out of stock 🤔

Better Homes and Garden stainless steel trash can 14.2 with lid included, looks sharp! The regular garbage bags have problems each time I change one. The way it's shaped, nit a full round trash can is the issue. Directions and a special plastic piece so it stays is also included. That doesn't make a difference though. The bag always falls in the can. Kinda annoying when your trying to cook and have food scraps to throw away. I think the shape of it is just awkward

The lid doesn't open or close properly I have to adjust it constantly get stuck open really upset to pay almost 100 dollars for a garbage can and this is the second first one I returned came damaged from shipping

Terrible packaging. Arrived dented and broken. The trash can was packaged in a thin shipping bag so pieces were broken and the can was dented. There was one in store like that so the packaging needs to change. I returned it and ordered from Amazon.

It's HUGE and not the slim one I purchased… even cost more?! And I had no way of returning it to the store… which is why I had my items delivered in the first place… time lapsed so I gave it away… still haven't replaced my plastic can because who has another $55 to put on a garbage can?!

The foot pedal falls off daily and is the absolute biggest pain to put back on. Definitely not worth the hassle for the price, which is disappointing because I like the size and look of it.

Fingerprints just upon putting in the cart, ok, oh well, but why say that when not true. Upon arriving home, lid would not shut fully. There was a little plastic thingy that I thought my husband used to lune the can, but after removing the first bag, where is that plastic thingy? Why dies it take two people to stretch the bag to fit? Why the hay is there no guidance, instructions, help contact? I realize it should be simple but if its not you need to represent. Im also contacting BHG what a shame your good reputation has you selling out for poor quality products.
