So far, so good! I bought a similar rack from a different retailer and it fell over several times. So far this rack seems to hold up pretty well with the weight of the clothes. The only complaint I would have is it is pretty tall, which can work for some, however for my space I needed something a little shorter

This rack was bigger than what I thought it was, which actually worked for me. The assembly was easy, and it fit perfectly where I needed it. And to have storage drawers on top of the sturdy rack is a bonus!

Assembly was a breeze. I love the gray drawers. I stack my shoe boxes on the little shelf over the drawers. The two tiers are perfect for my closet purge.

I love this item you have a taco and a bottom row for hanging your clothes or whatever you like to hang and then the three little doors under the bottom and then the space for shoes towels whatever you want to the place there it's it's a great purchase. you may not be able to put heavy items on the top shelf of this rack but it again it's so versatile and not so big that it takes so much space that you'll just let it go out and get you one.

it's exactly as pictured, when it's assembled. the dimensions given are accurate. the product was just what I needed.

This was just what I needed for my laundry room. It was very self-explanatory how to put together. The parts were all labeled very well.

While we do have a walk-in closet in our guest bedroom, we are using it for storage at the moment, so it is always extra work when we have visitors to make room for their belongings amongst our storage boxes. This Better Homes & Gardens Charleston Adjustable two-tiered Garment Rack with 3 storage bins is just what we needed to make that area more accommodating. It gives our guests that “just for you” space and makes sure they don't have to go in and out of our fully loaded closet. First, I love the packaging. The box contains everything you need (including tools) to put this together. Each bag is labeled with a letter that indicates which piece is inside plus some pieces also have an additional lettered sticker, so there is zero confusion. This combined with the clearly labeled pictures on the instructions made assembling it super simple. I was watching a show while putting this together, then my 10 y/o wanted to help and still it was easy and quick. I am impressed with how tall it is (79.53”!!), plus it is lightweight, but sturdy. It looks super-luxe. Two of the wheels have brakes. I love that this has two-tiers for tops, pants, skirts, and a space above the storage cubes for shoes. The very top of the bar slides out on both sides (from 37.99” to 58.66” wide), which is perfect for hanging your maxi-dresses/gowns. The storage cubes are of a generous size and more than plenty of room. I love this and would highly recommend this for any room where you need a little extra closet space.

as advertised somewhat difficult to put together once together it's great. wheels are held in steel not all plastic is good . some odds steel tubing is black but half is chromed . I'd recommend this .

It's a decent product that's priced fairly. I wouldn't expect much from it based on the brand and price.
