Better Homes & Gardens 21" Gold Brass Pleated Shade Table Lamp

This lamp looks more expensive than what it is. I use a Better Homes %26 Gardens daylight Vintage Style smoked glass 35W bulb with it and it looks great. The lamp has a nice subdued gold/brass finish. I liked it so much that I ordered a second one online. It actually has the same quality appearance as those $300. and $400. lamps that Pottery Barn sells.

This is a simple lamp we use to warm up the room. it is not necessarily a reading lamp, but it helps kill dark areas in the room. Just what we wanted.

This is a cute lamp. My only critique is that the pleated shade appears to be cheap plastic.

I was disappointed that this lamp arrived broken on arrival - the lamp shade was severed from the frame in 2-3 places and felt flimsy (the wire frame felt like a cheap clothes hanger and the shade is made out of paper). In addition, I attempted to initiate an online return well within the return window, but was unable to proceed with the process online. Very frustrating experience; not sure how this product received high ratings from others.

It came in broken, it was the lamp shade, you could tell it wasn't from delivery it was from being packed from shipping/ warehouse because it was in the lampshade was in two pieces when it should've just been one piece. The wire that is connected to the lampshade was in two different areas of the box so you could tell whoever put it in there. Just throw it in there the terrible part was calling Walmart them telling me I didn't need a shipping label. I could just put it out front and they would pick it up then I called back to find out when they were picking it up so I set my alarm for 6 AM. Put it out there 8:00 PM was not picked up because they said they're gonna pick it up between one and five so I called Walmart again then they said the shipping was canceled to have it picked up and they said you do have to have a shipping label that you need to bring it to Walmart back to one of their stores so nobody knows what they're talking about. Very bad experience. The lamp was damaged in another spot and it was just like a $40 lamp shouldn't be that stressful. Good luck if you choose to buy.
