I'm very impressed with the quality. Especially because of how inexpensive it was. It washes and dries well and is easily put back on my duvet insert. Great purchase.

Beautifully made, classy look for a guest room or your personal use. Washes well, careful with white for stains from animals or snacking in bed!!! Nice Weight to sleep under, covers the mattress well to the dust ruffle.

Based on the picture, I was 50/50 about whether I'd like and keep it, but I took a chance... WOW, glad I did! it's exactly the cozy vibe I was looking for, good quality, comfy to sleep with, delighted!

Absolutely gorgeous! Definitely an upgrade to my bedding. Casual, and updated...but not too modern. Not your Grandma's chenille, but reminiscent of it (in a good way). The best part? It's NOT microfiber! It's 100% cotton! I ordered the King size, and it generously covers my 17" mattress on the side with room to spare. Because it is 100% cotton, I anticipate some shrinkage with laundering. I'm not worried about that because there is room to spare.

I have wanted a chenille bedspread or duvet for a long time. My bed is Queen size, but I ordered the king size to hang down further on the sides. The duvet is very heavy and warm so I am using it as a bedspread right now as it would be too warm with the comforter inserted. The ivory color is as pictured. The texture is not soft like the old chenille at all. It is quite rough and not pleasant to touch but it looks fine on the bed.

I was looking for a white duvet cover with a texture of some kind and wasn't having a lot of luck. When I stumbled onto this tufted chenille duvet cover I was so excited but sceptical since the price was under $50 for a king set. It arrived very nicely packaged in a plastic storage bag. It's not stark white it's more of a warm off white color that's not beige or ivory just warm enough to be easier to match with other things. Stark white often looks cheap. This is a gift so I didn't want to remove it from the packaging for fear I couldn't get it back in! But this is cotton which is critical. My only concern is it's kinda crinkly cotton which isn't as soft, but maybe the underside is smooth? If the recipient doesn't like it I might have to keep it for myself!

I've been wanting one of these tufted boho kinda duvet covers for a while but most of them are made from microfiber (the biggest scam in the bedding world, it's polyester!!) if you ever wake up sweaty in bed it's most likely because you are using polyester or “microfiber” bedding which traps all your body heat because synthetic fabrics don't breath (no matter what they say) but I finally found a cotton duvet with this tufted design %26 it was shockingly affordable! My only complaint is that it has been leaving little bits of fuzz everywhere %26 when I washed it the other items in the dryer came out covered in white fuzz, but this kinda thing usually stops after a few washes.

I had high hopes for this but it will be returned. As others have mentioned, the white isn't really *white*, more of a cream or natural color. It is well made and the price is great, but the fabric is too thick and heavy and weighs a ton...it weighs more than my goose down duvet insert! The main issue is the fabric which is like a heavy canvas gauze is very scratchy. I, like many people use a duvet cover instead of a top sheet and this is so rough it feels like it would slough off my skin at night! I can't recall what the old fashioned chenille bedspreads were made out of but definitely not this! They could have used this on top and a smoother, lighter weight fabric on the underside. The other thing I didn't care for was the raised chenile parts were too far apart...it needed more chenille in the design, b/c it wound up looking for like a heavy canvas duvet cover with occasional raised rows. I tried it out on my bed and it just didn't look right. I will say i didn't experience the excessive shedding others mentioned. Disappointing.

they sign the music is extremely extremely heavy like add so much weight you can't even spread the blanket on the bed. and as with anything else you had to quote so many fabric to your existing comforter it's really really hot

I returned this item - and I am very unhappy with Walmart.com's fake "incentivized' reviews. The material, even on the underside, is VERY rough. You could not use this without a flat sheet between it and your skin. And it is VERY HEAVY. It went through 3 one hour high heat cycles in my dryer and it was still VERY DAMP. Could be cute if you were just using to stage a house for sale I imagine. That's the only good use I could think of for it.
