Quality
The shoe rack was purchased in WM store and has been in use for over a year. It is on a rug near the front door for outside shoes. It's received many compliments on it's design and attractiveness.

Just what I was looking for
This shoe rack is just what I was looking for. The non-slip surface keeps my shoes where I put them. The wood finish is stylish. I just wish they would make one that is just 2 more feet longer. This is my 2nd one.

Great product!
Super easy to assemble and love the foam on the rods that keep shoes from slipping off! I'll be ordering a second one as they are stackable :-)

Great shoe rack
Easy to assemble, good quality product. Especially like the fact that the rods for the shoes have a rubber coating so shoes don't slip off.

Great value- very stylish
Sturdy and good looking shoe rack. Matches my modern decor perfectly. Great deal, especially for the price! Will definitely be ordering more for my kids closets.

Exactly what I needed!!
I am glad we found this shoe rack for my husband's shoes. I really like that it's adjustable and the foam bars really help the shoes stay put. The only issue I've found is that if you extend it all the way the middle seems pretty weak, that's why I ended up buying 2. My husband's shoes are big and heavy so I'm sure this would be less of a problem for women's shoes. Overall, I'm really happy with the product!

Easy to put together, does the job
This product works just fine for what we need it for, however if my kids feet were much smaller it would not work as the shoes would just fall through the openings

Missing pieces but quick replacement
Pro: Great sturdy expandable shoe rack with non slip rods. Minimal assembly needed. Con: The rack arrived missing 4 screws. Resolution: I received a replacement within 2 days. Great customer service.
