This is a great towel rack. It is a Matt black finish which will coordinate perfectly with other black items such a door handles, faucets and bathroom lighting fixtures. I love that it is a double bar as it will hold more than 1 towel and would be perfect for a matching set, bath towel, hand towel and washcloths especially in a guest bath. Better Homes and Gardens makes such quality products and this is another quality item!

This is a two tiered bathroom towel holder, I chose the darkest color to coordinate with my bathroom color scheme. It pairs perfectly with the sink and bathtub faucets. It is sturdy and easy to install! It’s definitely on trend with the modern style of my home. If you are looking to remodel this would definitely be the look you’re going to want to achieve. It’s going to last for years and years! It’s definitely not some plastic hardware, it’s durable and seemingly rust resistant! I’ve had it up for a few weeks and my bathroom gets kind of humid but this hasn’t shown any signs of rusting! I am very pleased! A plus in my opinion!!

I got this towel rack a few weeks ago for my pool dressing room to go along with two others hoping to fine no more towels on the floor. I made a paper template to make it easier to get level but and after thought was to use the box it came in. I have notice online some people use the back towel holder to hold shoes between the wall and holder.

These towel bars do not fit securely between the brackets. We used the template given, but the bars are very loose. Customer service was hood, as the company sent replacements. Sadly we hadcthe same problem with those.

The horizontal bar itself is metal which is great but the arms and wall attachment is plastic. It's a wide bar set which means bigger and heavier towels, and not even a year later the plastic broke and it completely fell apart. Whyyyy would you make the actual weight/load bearing point of this product plastic when clearly you can make some of it metal???? Wish I could get my money back.
