This set is amazing quality for the price! We have had one of these sets on our beach patio and it has held up well to the extreme elements. I knew it was going to be perfect for our patio at our new house. The green is more muted than online photos show, but a perfect shade for an outdoor space. They were easy to put together and came with extra screws if needed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for new outdoor furniture!

These chairs look high end. They are very beautiful and so comfortable. I assembled them by myself in 30 mins. It is easier if you have a drill but with the provided ratchet it is not hard either. The holes aligned well and everything came delivered next day with no damage. No complaints. Wish I bought them sooner.

I have had this set in my cart for a while, waiting for a place to use it!! The set was packaged perfectly, super easy to put together, very sturdy high quality materials and is perfect for our new pool deck! I love it and have recommended it several times now!

This set is everywhere as a fabulous knockoff. It's not fabulous. There are obvious quality issues in the weaving. One of the parts had a snapped strap. The company sent a replacement but the color didn't match, so I taped up the broken one and assembled it anyway. There's another staple about to pop a strap on the arm. We'll see how long it lasts. I didn't think it was that inexpensive given the competition. I'm kicking myself for not ordering from a different company. It's out there. You can sit on it. But it feels like regret.

I wanted to love this set so much. Overall it looks great, however, it took forever to put together, we bought 4 chairs and sofa. One chair's cushion didnt inflate when I opened the plastic bag, so it is defective and malshaped. That same chair has a bolt that just spins and doesnt connect the arm to the chair. I called customer service and they wont ship a replacement until we send this one back and won't guarantee that I will have the replacement in stock, so I would be left with 3 chairs and no replacement. I called the manufacturer and they were absolutely no help at all and wouldnt replace even though under warranty.

Item arrived without cushions. But cushion covers. You cannot return to store an online item. Even if the item arrived missing main part. You can pay to ship it back, after you dissemble it…. And repackage it. Calls to manufacture for missing items, it’s just recorded message. Buyer beware

After 8-9 months of limited use of our furniture and covers, the covers shredded and the top of furniture disintegrated into small piece. Walmart would NOT do anything to make this right as they have a 90 day return policy. It was an expensive purchase.

The order was received quickly; however, one of the pieces was damaged. We have called Customer Care and emailed them (pictures of damaged part, part number and our receipt were provided) as instructed; but have had no response. Phone calls are never answered stating they are unavailable and you should call back during their normal business hours (between 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.)...which IS when we called. Voicemail message was left. Based on the price paid for these chairs I would think that you would honor our request to replace the damaged seat.

I ordered the full set for over $1k and have had nothing but headache . The club chairs were delivered damaged they set for fedex to pick up and return them and sent me new ones only for no one showed up and then to be set again and told fed ex can’t pick them up then set up for Estes and were never picked up again called to be told I had to call freigh myself then once they now have picked them up they are not showing as received after 5 days I called and they said it will take longer to show in system and they can not reorder they can only refund with Estes after 8 calls with Walmart and not including freight companies I’ve been given so much mis information and lack of follow though . Every rep has used the words don’t worry I will take care of this 2.5 weeks later and still don’t have a refund or my replacement chairs this is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had for someone that has spent over 1k. I’m so disappointed and frustrated. I’m told I won’t get my refund for another possible 10 days !!

The customer service at the Antioch store and Round Lake Beach store was horrific! I would have loved the items but one box was not delivered. The item was mysteriously cancelled and the Antioch store blamed on the round lake store and the round lake store blamed it on the Antioch store. I was told the order was fixed by management in round lake and the box should come on Saturday. When Saturday came manager Jaime and Liz didn’t care, they said return the items. when my husband drove over to Round lake to see there were two new boxes available to be purchased. So, when the store made the error, they clearly didn’t care.
