I love this bowl! It is the perfect size for many purposes. It's great to whip up some eggs, serve a salad or side dish, or to heat something up in the microwave. The finish looks nice and makes washing up a breeze. The companion 10" dinner plate doubles as a lid for when you need to microwave something messy like chili beans. It weighs in at 1 1/2 lbs.

This Better Homes & Gardens Blue Reactive Linette Stoneware Dinner Bowl is great especially when paired with the rest of the dinning set. The design is simple, but beautiful, especially with the rim being a brownish grey. This dinner bowl is wider and shorter than the other bowl in the set. This one is more appropriate for non-liquid food such as salads, pastas, etc. It's microwave and dishwasher safe which makes it fully functional and easy to clean. I will note that each one has slight color variations (some darker or lighter), so if you want a set of a similar color, I would suggest going into the store and hand picking them. I actually don't mind the slight color variation as it makes each piece look unique.

I've had difficulty finding bowls in this size and shape, which I find to be perfect for dinner sized salads, soup and pasta. So, I was absolutely excited to find these bowls in such a beautiful color. They're great for any kind of meal with sauce, like chicken parmesan, or really any kind of main and side with sauce. Plus, the deep blue makes any food look more beautiful, even plain old pie. They are heavy, but seem quite sturdy and can scrub with a sponge or go in the dishwasher like a dream.

This stone wear came as a set. It includes a Mug, a soup bowl, a salad dish and a dinner dish. The color was as shown, light gray. The stone-wear is strong and heavy. The color is very nice and neutral. The bowl is a soup bowl, but may be used as a dinner bowl.

I am giving my opinion on the Better Homes and Gardens, "dinner Bowl". It is such a soft, pretty blue color. It gives the vibe of handmade pottery. It feels sturdy and the finish is smooth, flaw free and shiny. It is a part of the "Linette" pattern. I found this bowl very versatile. Typically this type of bowl is used for pasta. I found it is so much more than a pasta bowl. I consider this an entree bowl and I am a fan of entree bowls!

Better Homes & Gardens Blue Reactive Linette Stoneware Dinner Bowl is a great serving bowl for the dinner table. The bowl is not large, however is adequate for serving a small side dish. The bowl will work well for cereal, small salad, the possibilities are endless. The bowl is dishwasher and microwave safe. I now have the entire set of this collection and it is beautiful. This the type of set that you bring out on special occasions, yet durable for every day use.

This is a nice place setting and a lovely color. All the pieces seem durable and well made. They are dishwasher and microwave safe. This saves time in a busy household I didn't get all the pieces available from Better Homes and Gardens, but I got the best suited for my household.

This better home & garden dinner bowl is made of ceramic and quite heavy for a dinner bowl. The color of the bowl is a standard teal color, no pattern or engraving, nothing too special about it (just like a typical bowl to be honest). The depth isn't too deep so you can't hold too much in this bowl (soup especially in this case). Do note that while the bowl seems thick and heavy, it doesn't feel durable and when I was holding it multiple times, I feel that it can be cracked or chipped with small collision with another item. I use the bowl to hold food such as salad, cooked meat and rice and it works well so far. Also, the bowl is microwavable and hold hot liquid, which is nice. Overall, this is a decent quality bowl that serves its purpose and I'd give it a 4/5 rating.

I received a set of 4 which was a dinner plate, salad plate, a bowl and a mug. The color is ok it's not the prettiest, it really reminds me of something my grandma would own when I used to visit her when I was younger. It's pretty heavy it feels solid and well made.
