First of all, it looks very presentable. So if you like to give it as a gift, it’s perfect. Very easy to use. You just add water and turn on. Automatic shut-off so you don’t need to worry if there is still enough water left. Also, you can change the light settings, there are 5 light settings to choose from, 10%, 40%, 70%, 100% and option without light. I recommend the product.

I like the way this looks and that it can use a larger amount of water. But….. the design could use an update. It is hard to take the shade off to fill. I actuary had to cut off some of the rubber gasket and the design makes it almost impossible to grasp the base and hold it downward while removing the shade. I would not recommend

The glass top needs to be pulled off to fill it. I was never able to get it back on so I had to return it. It's a very bad design. It's also huge compared to any other essential oil diffuser I've ever owned.

I've adjusted the water line multiple levels and it makes no difference, water leaks out from the mist output with every single use. The scent was not an issue, that part worked great. But my sidetable is now ruined from the leak. To remove or replace the glass top, twist slightly. Because of the continuous water leak this purchase was a waste of money.

This diffuser is beautiful in person. The first time I used it, it gave a strong aroma that I could smell through the entire house. However, the second time, there was not mist output at all. I followed all of the troubleshooting steps suggested in the manufacturer's instructions with no success. This was a complete waste of money.

This diffuser was impossible to open. the harder i tried to open it the more i was afraid the glass was goning to break. The product just felt really cheap

I love the look of this, but the dome is so hard to put back on once you take it off, I didn't even get to use this product because it was so hard to put together. Definitely not worth $40.

The top was super hard to get off and it doesn't fit back on like at all. The rubber "seal" at the bottom keeps slipping. It leaks water. and the buttons dont function all the time. Truly a horrible design and a waste of my money and time.
