Purchased 8 of these. Waited a long time for a solar garden light that was bright enough but not glaring, priced low enough and styled well to enhance my garden path! Love these and hope they last a long time.
We purchased these lights a few years ago and were very pleased that they were still available, so we purchased 8 more to put in our raised flower beds. We have never had any problem with them working the following year. Sleek design and easy assembly. I would recommend this product to light up your area at night around your home. They are bright and beautiful.
I can't praise these solar outdoor lights enough. From the design, ease to put together and installation they are the best. The brightness is superior to any solar lightening I've ever had. Don't hesitate to purchase.
This is a very classy looking solar pathway light. It looks expensive and has real metal materials and a real glass globe. I used mine in a potted foxtail fern and at night it looks beautiful and lights up my porch steps. Very well made and designed solar pathway lantern style light. I highly recommend this item.
Good products. However I ordered curbside, and one of the 5 that I got had a screw on part that had stripped threads. The light for that one has to sit perfectly in one position, or else it leans over or falls off completely. I make it work, but I kinda feel like I shouldn't have to.
These are a good sized gooseneck solar light and give off a soft warm white glow. I had a little difficulty assembling a couple of them - the threads just wouldn't line up correctly. They're asethetically pleasing but a tad more pricey than they should be and do not provide as much light as expected.
Very sturdy metal construction, not cheap plastic like so many others. Lasts all night if placed in direct sunlight during the day. Casts 3'-4' radius of light. Before you install it, you must remove the light cover and place the switch in the On position. The cover simply unscrews with a slight turn counter-clockwise. Sensors keep the light off until it gets dark. The battery is easily accessible and changeable. It is a 14430 solar battery, 3.2 Volt. They are very common and inexpensive when you need to replace the original. It comes with a 400 mAh battery. 450 mAh batteries are available. The higher the number, the longer the light will stay on.
To my surprise and dissapointment this lamp arrived with absolutely no instructions or paperwork of any kind. Having used other solar powered outdoor lamps in the past I set this one out in the sun to charge. Then I ckecked it that night to see how bright it was but it did not turn on at all. So I let it charge a couple more nights and still nothing! I had looked around on it when I first got it out of the box to see if there was any sort of swithc or paper covering of the contacts like you see on some things but there was nothing like that. I even looked on line but this product was nowhere to be found! Finally I took it down from the pole I had mounted it on to check it out more thoroughly before just tossing it and discovered that the outer lens was in fact removable and under it there was a switch! So I put the switch in the opposite position, reassembled the lens cover and put it back up for one last try. That night it came on and lit the area around my entry gate with a nice warm light, not very bright so it didn't hurt my eyes yet plenty enough light to aid in finding the latch in the dark. It's been working ever since, with a light sensor that turns it off durring the day while it recharges.
I never received my order and Walmart did not refund my money and told me I should go around the neighborhood and ask my neighbors. I would recommend no one ever shop at Walmart.
Purchased 4 of these lights in the store, 2 never worked. But I now had two, sold out in the store so ordered 3 online so they matched in my front yard. When I received them two were in the bottom of the box wrapped in brown paper, but one did not work, had to order a solar battery, as of now in my yard waiting to see if it works. The third light was placed on top not together plastic was broken. It was not broken in transit, who every put this in knew it was broken. I have e-mail for a replacement to customer service NO RESPONCE, I live 30 minutes one way from a Walmart and I should not have to drive 30 minutes one way, to take back 2 $13.00 lights. One was broken when sent to me. I e-mailed customer service again yesterday STILL NO RESPONCE. Notice the customer service going down HILL Fast. I had ordered other lights totaling $75.00 did not like them, took those back and the Return desk, was not happy that she had to do her job. Told me this was a third party order and would take some time just like Amazon, took over 3 weeks to get my money back. It is not like Amazon longest I have to wait for any refund was 7 days. This will probably be my last order on line .
