Well I will start by saying that I have got tired of my shower’s hooks that constantly keep falling. But since I stated using these two hooks in one it seems pretty well made reliable strong and secure to use in shower to hang razors or loofah and being confident it won’t fall again ever. The metal part has a rust resistant coating which is necessity. The instructions are straightforward and easy to follow with two different ways to mount this beautiful hook with either the included adhesive pad or suction and both working perfectly fine depending on the surfaces. I used the suction for my bathroom wall but I believe the adhesive option would work better for textured surfaces. I can’t be more satisfied or happy with this definitely buying more!

Picture this: I confidently step into my shower like a majestic sea creature returning to its watery domain. But plot twist—my foot hits a slick patch, and I begin my descent like a cartoon character slipping on a banana peel. Mid-fall, I face-check a wired metal shower shelf, lovingly held in place by these hooks forged in the fires of Mount Olympus. Now I’ve got a glorious eyebrow gash, a possible concussion, bruises that make me look like a modern art piece, and the mobility of a dropped spaghetti noodle. I glance up in agony… and the shelf? Still perfectly mounted. Not even tilted. Those hooks didn’t flinch. Conclusion: I may be broken, but these shower wall hooks? Unshakable. Unbeatable. Built different. P.S. I wish I was kidding but this did really happen and the hooks proved to be amazing.

I bought this to replace a cheap suction cup hook that kept failing. These are great! Have them in my bag to take with us when we travel.

These are not your typical suction cups! These BH&G Power Grip Pro Dual Hooks really grip! With real estate in the shower always at a premium, I was excited to get these to finally get my razor up and off the lip of the tub. Since these come in a two pack, I am also using mine to hang various shower essentials like washcloths, sponges, and even resting small bottles on top of the hook. Since each hook has two prongs, you can really hang several items. With the turn tightening knob that ensures a confident grip, these have not budged since installation. Simply clean the area, slightly loosen the locking knob, dampen the suction cup, press firmly to the surface, and then tighten the suction knob. Although they can be loosened and moved to an alternate spot afterwards, try to get it right the first time as these things really adhere tightly after installation! I also love the satin nickel color, with the smooth finish that looks both appealing and modern. Since they are also rust-resistant, they will remain durable in a moisture rich shower environment for a very long time. For those occasions where you cannot use suction mount, these are versatile enough that you can use the included adhesive pads to adhere to a number of other surfaces. And because these are so versatile, do not feel compelled to use them in the bath only, as you can easily use them anywhere inside or outside the home where mounted hooks are desirable.

This rust resistant hook has two different ways you can hang it. You can hang it with the suction cup alone or you can use the included adhesive pad option. I tried using the suction cup method on two different surfaces. The first place I tried it was my bathtub area. You simply hold and press the hook with the suction cup against the surface and turn the knob on the front of the hook until it is firmly attached. I did this and it held great for about 15-20 mins. The bathtub area is a painted surface and does have a very slight texture..which the instructions say the hook is not suitable for. I tried it anyway and it ended up falling off awhile later and startled me. I then tried to attach the hook, with the suction cup, to my bathroom mirror. It held again but then fell off like before. I’m sure it’s user error on my part but I was afraid of screwing the suction cup on super tight for fear of maybe cracking my mirror. I do doubt it would crack my mirror, but better safe than sorry since I’m a renter. I then tried the adhesive method. Since my bathtub is painted I can’t use it there so I adhered it to my bathroom mirror. The instructions say to clean the surface and stick the adhesive pad only to the surface and let sit for 24 hrs before putting the hook on. The instructions do mention this adhesive pad is removable in case it needs to be removed at a later date. The next day I placed the hook part on the adhesive pad. The adhesive pad itself is a clear square with a sticky back and on the front of it there is a screw protruding. You then attach the hook along with the knob that screws onto the screw part that sticks out from the adhesive pad. You simply place the hook mechanism over that screw, attach the knob and screw it tight. It’s super simple. The hook seems to be holding well with the adhesive pad. I do wish it came with more adhesive pads in case you need to move it at a later date and use it elsewhere. So far I am completely happy with the hook. It’s well built and very sturdy. I wish I had more and better surfaces to attach the suction cup method to.

Suction cups work well to hold securely, but they don’t really hold razors as they fall off easily between the hooks. Primarily serving as hooks to hold loofahs instead.

I have to this date not received everything that I ordered. I only received half of my order. I am not satisfied with the website giving me the impression that I was going to get my complete order.

Don’t buy these. They are the worst mirrors ever. They fog up, water gets under the motor and holder and after 3 weeks it is now discolored and you can’t see the mirror anymore. I will never buy these again. Definitely not worth the price. Junk!! Please stay away from these. Especially if you use them in the shower.
