I bought 2 of these chairs along with the matching couch, and they’re exactly as pictured! It’s comfortable, extremely well made, and very sturdy, I absolutely love it. My only complaint is that the allen wrench included wouldn’t have been enough to assemble it on its own. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, but we ended up using a socket wrench with an allen attachment to get the job done. Just something to keep in mind!

These are beautiful chairs! Extremely sturdy, the wind will not blow these away! We had a hard time finding two chairs, had one delivered, then had to go on the search to find one more, need to stock up on these chairs so they can be delivered, the weight including the box is 75 pounds, so they are heavy for one person to load in the car . These are a great addition to our porch!

Love these chairs. I have been shopping for outdoor furniture for a while. I ditbonbevery demo chair, regardless of price. I never found one that was comfortable. Then I saw these in Walmart. The obes in store were black with whit cushions. Stunning, but I am not good eith white fabric. We ordered the white with neutral palm leaves. Even more stunning. And the price was unbelievably low. Assembly - well, my husband made it look easy. They went together quickly. I love these

We purchased 2 of these chairs and the matching sofa as a “ quick fix” before we redesign our patio and I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised! These look and feel amazing. They look like polywood furniture and are very comfortable. Beautiful set and at a fraction of the cost of competitors. Pretty easy to build too! Would highly recommend!

Excellent quality. Beautiful set, vey solid and heavy. Could not be happier with this purchase. Great value for the price. Comparable to much pricer sets. Cushions are very thick and comfortable. Challenging assembly and may require additional tools.

I love these chairs, but the assembly was a pain. Many of the cutouts for bolts already in the pieces would align on one side but not the other. Same issue with the backrest support bar, which I was only able to get th screws halfway in for. They still feel pretty sturdy, but assembly took way longer than expected. Use a power drill. That said, they look fantastic, are comfortable, very heavy (no worries about wind blowing the chairs away) and have very wide seats. They look more expensive than they are. The cushions do not attach to the chairs, so be prepared to find your own way to tie them to the chairs or bring them inside/storage every day.

This patio set is absolutely beautiful once it's put together, and that's honestly the only reason I'm giving this review any grace at all. The design is stunning, and it looked amazing on the Walmart display floor. Unfortunately, the experience after purchasing it has been beyond frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the amount of money we paid for it. First, let's talk about the assembly process. Building the couch and side chairs was an absolute nightmare. The instructions are poorly written, unclear, and difficult to follow. Some steps seem to skip important details entirely, leaving you trying to figure things out on your own. What should have been an exciting setup turned into hours of frustration. To make matters worse, many of the screw holes and alignment points did not properly line up with the back cushion sections, making assembly even more difficult. We had to force pieces into place in certain areas, which should never happen with a product at this price point. Now for the biggest disappointment of all , the cushions. The cushions displayed on the Walmart floor model were thick, comfortable, high-end, and honestly one of the main reasons we purchased this set. What arrived at our home looked nothing like what we saw in the store. The cushions delivered with this furniture are extremely thin, flat, cheap-feeling, and honestly feel like dollar store quality. There is barely any support or comfort to them at all. Sitting on them is uncomfortable, sliding everywhere, and they completely take away from the luxury appearance this set is supposed to have. I truly feel misled because the display model and the delivered version are nowhere close to the same quality. Had we known the cushions would be this bad, we never would have purchased this set in the first place. Spending this much money on outdoor furniture only to immediately need to spend another $600 or more replacing cushions is unacceptable and incredibly upsetting. Customers should receive the same quality product they are shown on the display floor, especially when making a major purchase like this. The frame and appearance are beautiful, but beauty alone does not make up for terrible assembly instructions and cushions that feel cheap and uncomfortable. For the price point, I expected quality, comfort, and consistency with what was advertised on the Walmart display floor. Instead, we received frustration, disappointment, and additional unexpected expenses. If the company improved the instructions and provided the actual thick cushions shown on the display set, this would easily deserve a much higher rating. Right now, I cannot honestly recommend it to anyone unless they are prepared to replace the cushions immediately and deal with a very frustrating assembly process.

Love the weight and appearance of this piece. However, we noticed damage to one of the chair arms after assembly. Box was not damaged, as we inspected it upon delivery. Needless, to say,the damage is disappointing and all area stores are sold out of this item, even nearby cities.

Better Homes and Gardens typically had a great product for the value and price. I was disappointed in the assembly and final product of these chairs . The arms had multiple indentations along the side and were either damaged during production or delivery.

My order arrived damaged, and Walmart did absolutely nothing to help resolve the issue. It was extremely frustrating to receive a damaged product and then be left without any meaningful customer support. Because of this experience, I'll be ordering from Amazon or another company that stands behind its customers when something arrives damaged. Very disappointing.
