Wow! These are beautiful and so sturdy. Assembly was pretty easy, I suggest using a ratchet Allen wrench to make things go faster. I put together the chairs by myself. They are pretty heavy, but I want that as I know it will help make them last. I love the clean line look of them and they sit comfortably. The best part is you can buy BHG pillows and it will fit the design. I'm waiting for other pieces of this collection to get back in stock to buy and complete my deck.

Looks great fairly easy to assemble. Two pitfalls the cross section between the legs lacks pilot holes for the screws and second the back section pilot holes were off by about 1/4 inch on each side. Not the end of the world but noteworthy. What could have been an easy assembly was marred. I purchased two sets and found the same issues.

Sturdy chairs that can be left out in the elements without maintenance. We like that these sit more upright for conversation rather than traditional Adirondack chairs.

The holes to put on the backs on the chairs were off on all six chairs. We had to drill new holes to make them align to be able to put the chairs together. Took extra time and effort that shouldn't have been used given the price of these chairs.

the quality control needs to be much better. I ordered three sets (6 chairs) and there were scratches and black marks on some pieces from each box, there were black marks and scuffs on a few pieces and some of the pre assembled parts were put together slightly off. one set was missing screws as well. 4 of the chairs were decent enough to keep and only had minor scuffs but I ended up returning 2. they are solid and heavy chairs once assembled and the assembly was pretty easy. I don't think returning them and returning would help because, like I said, each box had some issues. I like the look of them enough to keep them, but I definitely think buyers should be aware that the quality control on these items is very poor.

I love the look of these chairs, but 2 arrived with major manufacturing issues. The holes are misaligned, making the backs unstable, and the middle cross brace has no holes for the included screw. Very disappointing for the price.

Holes on back rest piece did not align so it was not possible to assemble unless you assemble, marked proper hole location, took apart, re-drilled holes, then assembled again. Set was nice other than the hassle of having to put together. Average person would be unlikely to resolve issue and would return. Returning would be more of a hassle because boxes were broken down and unable to be repacked for fedex pick-up. Do not recommend

Incorrect parts received. Requested replacement parts multiple times and never received.
