Better Homes & Gardens Kelsey Twin Metal Bed, Black

I bought one of these beds on sale for $100 for my 10 year old. It was as sturdy as I'd hoped so I purchased another one for $120 (not on sale) for my 8 year old. We've been using these for about 2 months. I wrapped Christmas lights around the headboards, and put denim duvets and flannel sheets on the mattresses (mattresses are not included with the bed, of course). I'm looking for vintage wool blankets to put at the foot of the beds. Stylish and the price can't be beat!

My purchase did have a major hiccup -- when I went to put the bed together I discovered that one of the pieces had holes screwed on the wrong side. But both Walmart and the manufacturer were so helpful that I don't want to dock any stars. The correct piece soon arrived and the bed was fairly easy to construct. I bought it for my 4-year-old and I love the option of a lower profile, so that he can get in and out of bed effortlessly (later, if he wants, I can convert the bed to the taller height). My son adores this bed and it certainly seems very sturdy (though it has yet to be tested with "adult" weight). It's also very good looking and wow you cannot beat the price. I had been considering a similar bed from a high end retailer that cost close to $700. Very glad I chose this one.

I needed two beds for my boys room and wanted something stylish but also budget friendly. This bed is such a good buy! I wasn't sure how it would hold up to my two wild boys but we've had them for about a year and 0 complaints! They don't make noise and are really sturdy! I know they have hit things into them SO many times but I haven't seen any signs of damage. If you love the look and are on the fence I would recommend buying!

This is the second bed frame I have purchased for each of my boys bedrooms. The beds are clean looking and have an expensive look from the higher end stores such as Pottery Barn Kids. I am very pleased with the quality. The bed was easy to put together and the parts were all contained in an pouch with included tools.

I got this bed for my guest room for my grand children. I was afraid it would look like cheap metal like some of the bunk beds I have seen, but it looks great. It was easy to put together and I like that it has the option of having the mattress sit up higher or lower so we can add a box spring. I am very pleased with this bed.

These are sturdy, gorgeous, and easy to assemble. We bought two and had them together in an hour. Loved them so much we found it in a king for us. ***the "bronze" color is basically black***... but that's what I was hoping.

I bought 2 beds for my boys ages 6 and 7, the beds were perfect, light weight and easy to assemble. Does not require box spring.

looks like the photo. Fairly easy to put together, although it was a bit of a challenge to get the last slats in. A couple of the plastic anchors for the slats broke but we used them at the ends - it would have been nice to have a couple extra in the packaging in case this happens.

Super cute bed but it's absolute junk. The first one we bought, the holes were not lined up. We returned and bought another one and thought it was great. Less than 6 months of my 30 pound 3 year old using it, it is so squeaky he can't even sleep. Walmart would not refund us or give any kind of store credit. Should have known the cheap price meant it was a terrible product.
