After reading some of the reviews I was super nervous for this purchase. We needed the space as we have three boys in one room. The bed went together easily (in about 3 hours with two people). Great quality bed and very sturdy! I would definitely buy again if I ever had to.

It fits perfect for my 3 girls, leaving more room in their room for everything else. It was missing a ladder rung, and customer service was so great they sent a replacement right away.

So one I want to say even with all the hurdles I inquired I still love this bed. When I originally ordered the bed was stuck in transit. All I got to say about that is FEDEX! If you know you know. So stay on top of the tracking because if it states in transit too long ; consider it lost. Walmart sent me a new one which came the same week. Both boxes are extremely heavy so more than likely you may not get both boxes in the same day. When I received the 2nd box to my surprise there were no instructions included. I search the DHP(manufacturer) website with the model number I got off the box and kept getting a model not found error. Even when I clicked on the similar models that pre populated when typing in the model numbers and those wouldn't even load. After searching google for a while I found a manual for the same model on Lowe's website. Still missing two pieces to the ladder though.

i love the bed it is hard to put togther. the negative thing is i had to go buy some replacement bolts because they stripped easily. so it delayed putting off making the bed. i think that they should put extra parts in the kit just in case.

The bed is ok. It fits our needs and feels solid. There's just one issue with it. The manufacturer recommends only using spring mattresses and so we did. I can absolutely see why. The way the slats are placed, if the mattress isn't placed absolutely perfectly, it sinks between the slats. And when I say “perfectly placed” I mean there is less than 1/8 an inch on either end of the mattress to be off or it's sinking at either the head or foot. It feels incredibly unsafe. I would not buy this bed unless you also intend to buy bunkie boards or some other sort of support that you can lay over the slats to fill the gap.

Beautiful bed but arrived with no hardware to put it together. Got the run around from Walmart saying return it 200 lbs package No I just want the hardware contact manufacturer they send out the hardware guy comes over 2nd time to put it together and we find out that they shipped 2 of the same bunk beds and not the triple bunk bed. Call manufacturer again and they are sending out the missing pieces. The girls love the beds it is just a regular bunk bed until the other stuff comes

Was a great bed until my 50 pound 6 year old was climbing up the stairs and It completely broke the board in half resulting in the bed falling ontop of her 3 year old brother

One of the parts was made wrong(there was NO holes where they're supposed to be) so I can't put the bed together. Kept getting delayed even though I paid extra for shipping. I've added a photo of the piece where the two holes are supposed to be to connect the bed together vs how it's supposed to be with hoes so end piece can be connected

This bed came without screws or manual and nobody could tell me ANYTHING. I'm so upset because this was a gift for my daughter's when we moved into our new home.

the slats are too far spaced so tbe spring mattress falls through at either the head or the foot. Now I need to spend an extra 100 on bunkie boards for the top bunks so that kids up top can be safe. would not recommend.
