Pretty easy to assemble, but heavy to move in the box. Worked best with 2 people and using allen wrench driver bits. Sturdy and our kid plans to keep his plushies up top. Really good bed for the price!

This bunkbed is really nice and very sturdy. Went together well but takes alot longer then an hr! Had a bit of trouble with the delivery, however, the wrong color was sent and it is a 120lb box, so not easy to lift or ship back. Did go through customer service and got the right color sent but had to start the order over which meant we had two charges for two beds and had to wait for the refund to process which took awhile. With all of that when we got the bed together we were very pleased.

When you first get it from the store in the box, it is VERY HEAVY, so make sure you have help or have it delivered. Assembly instructions were incredibly easy to follow. Its best to do this with 2 people though, because you physically have to lift the top bunk to put it on the top. The kit had everything it was supposed to come with including a couple extra pieces for the screws and stuff. All pieces are great quality, nothing cheap! The wood was actually very fresh as well because I got reain on my hands from one piece 😂 It's not 64 inches tall though, its a bit shorter than that (my fiance is 6 ft and its nowhere near 4 inches taller than him lol). I like how the ladder is connected to the bed instead of angled outwards as this saves space, but its a bit difficult for a smaller child to figure out because its straight up but shes caught in to it. Great quality. Great bed. Well worth the money. I'd recommend this bunk bed!

We are a large family with a lot of active boys, and as such we are very hard on furniture. We purchased the first of these beds 2 years ago as my kids were beginning to move into shared room space and used them as two separate beds for that time. That bed was bunked this summer and is working great. It worked so well that as my next pair are growing, we just purchased this second bed. Through that time I have learned a lot about the bed and the company, so here goes: Construction: the directions are a series of pictures with very few works (like Lego directions) and as such are VERY easy to follow. One trick that is not in the directions is that if you are bunking the beds right away, put the lower bed's slats in LAST. (There are holes for the ladder located that hide under the last slats.). The materials are very durable and has currently handled a 70+ pound (34+ kg) kid jumping in the bed with no damage...to the bed. It is not rated for it, but it has held both my oldest child and me/my husband in both the top and bottom bunk...totalling just shy of 300 pounds. If you are purchasing these for adult children: it will hold. Repairs: in those two years, we have had lost bolts to bunk there's as well as mislabeled and damaged parts. The company gives you a form with a way to call, email, "snail mail", or fill out a web form if you need to contact them for any reason. They are VERY fast to respond and have EXCELLENT customer service. There are comments below of people whom have ordered extra slats (we have not), but we have had replacement parts sent to us within 7 days and they are always sent out within 24 hours of us making first contact. In short, for a family of rowdy boys, these beds have my approval, and I would strongly recommend them to any considering bunk beds.

the wood side rail on top is a little flimsy wood but the rest is sturdy. Great look and perfect size not to tall or short. It is rough to put together alone

Love the bunk bed! Was exactly what we were looking for. Can't believe the price we paid for this bunk, its super good quality and sturdy. The paint on it is good too. Was a little time consuming to build, definitely a 2 person job. My girls love their new beds. We went ahead and ordered the girls the 10" pillow top mattresses and they fit perfectly. I know it says the 6" mattress are made for this bunk bed but the 10" fit perfectly also if you're thinking of getting a better quality mattress. Would definitely recommend this affordable , good quality bunk bed .

This was absolutely awful. I got the wrong pole- with the wrong amount of holes- after I put everything together and all the lady said was we will give you 15bucks for your hassle and expires in 30 days. This was terrible product and customer service.

I purchased these beds in December of 2020 (about 6 months ago), my husband sat on one back in May, and one broke. My 4 year son jumped on to the other and it broke. I was okay with chalking it up to my husband being too heavy, even though he’s not big or overweight, but when my 37 lb 4 year old broke the other, it just proved to be poor craftsmanship and cheap. They beds are super cute, but just not durable at all.

Unfortunately while this bed is pretty, the side splintered after barely 2 months. When trying to get a refund, I was told I’d need to bring the ENTIRE bed back. $200 wasted and we still need to find a bed for our kids. We have to now take the entire set apart, package it, and FEDEX it to the store if we want our money back.

Missing cams and bolts when delivered through Walmart . Very bulky so difficult to return and they won’t send individual parts. Walmart has been going downhill fast and there are problems every 3-4 orders. I would recommend buying in store or going with someone else with the same/similar product.
