Better Homes & Gardens Matte Black Rust-Resistant Tension Pole Shower Caddy with 3 Adjustable Baskets

I got this and had it all together and realized the rod with the rubber tip was missing Ans sent email to the company, and they wanted a receipt, and I told them all I have is the purchase on mt desktop. so, I had to take pictures. after about an hour or so back and forth they said they would replace the part but if i have any further problems i would need a receipt. I've never had this happen before. i guess i should have boxed it up and sent it back for a replacement

I like the look of this because it matches the other hardware in my bathroom. It is very sturdy and reaches my vaulted ceiling! I like how it is rust-proof and the material feels and looks like good quality. It has not fallen yet and holds well in my shower!

Pleasant to look at. The bronze color is as pictured. Surprisingly sturdy. For the money this is a good product. Ours is in the guest bathroom of our 5th wheel and stays up during our travels (We remove products before leaving). If you're looking for something high-end, this probably isn't for you but then again you probably don't shop at Walmart then. lol For everyone else I recommend.

The quality of the material is okay for the shower. For some reason I thought it was a chrome color instead of the powder coated gray color. Easy adjustments after it's put together and it provides my family with plenty of personal shower storage. I would recommend.

"The clips that hold the baskets up do not hold well at all. Even when clamped down so they're not supposed to move, the slid down under an empty baskets weight. Besides that, it was easy to put together and looks great. The clips are adjustable so you can slide them anywhere you want (unlike what another reviewer said: ""you can only adjust a few inches""). I used some tape to hold one of the more troublesome baskets up

It looks really nice, but as soon as you touch it or the shelves, it wobbles, I am afraid it could fall down or things will fall off of it and break. It took longer to put it back in the box (because it is getting returned) than it took to set it up.

Great appearance, however, the pole is in several pieces, which reduces it's sturdiness and it comes apart easily. The trays are not secure and wiggle and the hooks don't stay in place. They come off easily when trying to hang a washcloth, etc.

The shelves themselves were great - very sturdy. the pole was plastic 1 foot sections that just set in one another and did not lock in place, so the pole is kinda flimsy. the shelves dont sit well in the clips attached to the pole, so they either wobble or tilt to one side if a bottle is heavier

The picture on the website and on the box clearly shows a satin nickle color item. The actual item is a taupe color. I have the black one in my other bathroom and it looks nice. I'm not sure if this one is going to work for me. BHG needs to do better. There has to be people who inspect these items before sending them out for purchase. It appears to me they just didn't care about customer satisfaction. The color difference is obvious.

Don't buy. If you value your skull and toes. Don't buy. Followed directions and assembled it. Put my stuff on it and it looks great. Here's where it went wrong. Those baskets with the lines- yeah. They broke. They are not welded. The prongs are not straight and don't fit in the pockets of the clasps. And that whole lever to make the clamp stay- it's a joke. I have body wash- okay- body wash with a pump. No big deal put it in the caddy went to get some soap and the whole thing came crashing down on me in an avalanche of bath assortments. That Olay body wash -35 ounce- hurt as it hurled towards my baby toe at break neck speed. I had seconds to dodge clear as the basket and rod broke apart breaking any hope I had left of surviving my shower. Alas, as the soap bubbles cleared, as the soap in my eye was less painful- I lived. A little bruised. Startled past the point of never having hiccups again. The only thing that remained was the little hook and stickum that was supposed to keep the caddy in place. Which is still on my shower wall. That stickum- I give 5 star…
