it's a really cool chair . I love the color and velvet. it's very comfortable. it's big enough to fit my 220 pound husband comfortably but small enough not to take up a bunch of space . it's great for smaller places like apartments or small living room

I'm so impressed with this chair. It looks great, is comfy to sit in for long periods of time, has a fun fabric (like a poodle), comes in good colors, is very sturdy, and had no assembly required. It looks like it could be a lot more expensive as a visual statement. I like it so much I bought another one, and then another one.

Ok, so I read the dimensions, but somehow didn't understand how they would translate until I got the chair out of the box and it was comically short compared to my other furniture. It's a great color and shape, but seems more like a kid chair than an adult chair. Sadly returning.

I love the color of this chair, the size, and the price is phenomenal. When the chair arrived in Carmichael California, it was the day before I was leaving for Massachusetts for the next 2 1/2 months. I find it incomprehensible that a chair that was packaged as well as it was and enclosed in plastic had the damage that it did.. if I remained in California, I would’ve returned it but I’m simply not around. Disappointing because the marks are in the most obvious place they could be. Does anyone have a phone number for walmart.com in the event I get back to California in time to return this?

One of the two accent chairs I ordered arrived damaged. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the damage until after I had already discarded the box. I first contacted customer service through chat and was told it would not be a problem. The agent said they would send a replacement and that I just needed to place the damaged chair outside for FedEx to pick up. I explained that I no longer had the original box, and they still assured me the replacement would be processed. Later, I received an email saying I would only be given a refund instead. I did not want a refund because the chair is now more expensive, and I purchased two specifically so they would match. I then called customer service and spoke with another agent who told me the chat representative was mistaken and that a replacement was not possible. They also said that if I wanted to return the chair, I would need the original box. After going back and forth, the agent said they could arrange a replacement, but again only if I had the box. The only other option offered was a $25 credit if I kept the damaged chair. Considering the chair costs around $250, this felt unreasonable. On top of that, the credit is not even $25 back—it is $25 off a future purchase of $45 or more. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I simply wanted a replacement for a damaged item so my chairs would match.
