A great sofa for the price. Each piece is easily carried by 2 people. Assembly was easy (as it was nonexistent) - the sections don't fasten together but that hasn't been an issue for us. Fabric feels high quality. A little on the shallower side, but not at the expense of overall comfort.

We absolutely love our BHG sofa! Arrives with minimal set up with only plug in and go legs. You probably need two persons to move around but extremely well made, comfortable and is our spot in front of the TV! Have not seen any lint problems which have been mentioned. Love the green color!

This couch came already put together, each seat a piece in a section that arrived in its own Box. The worst part was getting them out of the boxes and removing the boxes! I love that these sections can be put together in different configurations. Perfect for a small home or small space!

This modular sofa from Better Homes And Gardens will liven up any room. It comes in sections so you can change the design to fit any space. Use as a sofa with chase or a love seat with single chair. So many possibilities. And the white linen color looks great with any decor.

This is the first modular couch I have owned so I have nothing to compare to in terms of modular model. This couch arrived in 4 huge boxes. Each piece was in a separate box. Each piece was well wrapped and each included a set of instructions. The instructions were basically the same for each piece. I have included a picture of the instructions. I love how this couch can be set up multiple ways. We actually tried it at as love seat at first and my husband who is 5'11” was able to sit up and stretch his legs all the way out. We then added the middle piece and put it as a full couch. This couch definitely sits a minimum of three people. I think it could definitely fit 4 without a doubt. The ottoman is HUGE. It is also a storage ottoman. It lifts open easily and will hold a lot of blankets. The biggest con for me is that this is a firm couch. Maybe with time it will become softer but it is much harder/firmer than my old couch. The back pillows come off and can be moved. The seat cushion does not come off. The couch feels like a linen material. It is a pretty color but since I have young children I covered it with a couch cover. There are two extra pillows that go near the arm rest that are removable also. This is a good couch for lounging and because of the ottoman, multiple people can lounge on it and be comfortable. The couch isn't the greatest for sleeping because it's firm. Unless you prefer a firm mattress you probably won't like sleeping on it because your back will hurt when you try and get up. I would highly recommend this house for someone with a small house because of it being modular you can put the pieces how you need too. I can't wait to rearrange my house in a few weeks and try a new combination.

We got this for our upstairs playroom. It came in 4 boxes. I had to remove the couch pieces because the boxes were a little too big to fit up the stairs. The ottoman box was a little smaller, and I was able to push it upstairs. We didn't connect the pieces, in case we want to change it. We tried a full sofa first, but it was too wide for our purpose, so we opted for a loveseat + chair. It looks good & feels well made, and is comfortable to sit on. Of course, our kids keep taking the back & arm pillows off, and jumping on them. It's held up so far, but they're starting to slump a little from the ruckus. Thankfully the seat cushions don't come off.

Never got any couch/sectional online order before. This set came in 4 big boxes and very well packed. They’re heavy but still able to move. I found the couch at first sight to work very well put together, it was very easy to assemble as far as getting it to fit in our kids toy/game room. That was no problem. It’s very user-friendly to get in which corner you need to place it if you prefer a couch that’s not too soft not too hard. Our boys love it. They are hanging out/sitting on the couch most of the time. It’s big enough for them and us parents and a dog too to sit together when we play games with them. I definitely recommend this one.

Overall I think this couch is decent. If you like a couch you can sink into, this is not the couch for you. Personally it’s stiff and feels like something for show rather a comfy couch for the family. It does have plenty of space for at least 4 people to sit maybe more. I love that the ottoman opens for some storage space. You can store seasonal blankets in there easily. My 12 year old put it together by himself so, I’m going with it’s easy to assemble. Heavier than I thought it would be so I think that is good.

This couch is not as described. I bought a Better Homes and Gardens modular sectional about 5 years ago and it was great quality, I loved it and we decided to replace our family room couch with it and then get a new couch for our living room, I wanted the same couch. While they don't have the exact one I bought 5 years ago, I assumed this would be like it, but maybe the newer version of it and I mulled over this purchase for a few months before I decided to go ahead. The description would make think that the cushion covers are reversible and removable so you can wash them. The were on my previous couch, so I expected the same. Only the back cushions are reversible and removable. The seat cushions are attached, this is not stated in the description. This is a big deal to me because the only way to clean the couch would be to steam or spot clean it. It also would mean that kids climbing on it could rip the seams as well, I was hoping for a couch with the quality of my last BHG modular couch and this just isn't it. I am sure it is beautiful and the color I ordered (blue) looked great, but I didn't even open all the boxes because I realized the cushion issue on the first opening. The other issue is returning. I like ordering from Walmart because things usually can be returned to the store, but apparently these boxes are too big and they make you ship them back. This took several phone calls to finally get finalized as we were promised return calls to arrange pickups that never came. Not only that when you return the furniture this way (the only way you can) they can take weeks to process your refund. The couch was picked up by Fed Ex last week and I am still without my refund.

ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service on a return I have encountered in the last 20 years. Off shore call center who are hard to understand and who are not empowered to solve problems. Don't ever buy ANYTHING from Walmart that you can't walk back into the store for a refund. Still have 2 boxes (of 4) sitting in my house and can't get anyone at the call center to take them back. Been trying for 2 months. Have gotten the assistant manager of our local Walmart involved and even she can't get the call center to cooperate. Unbelievable.
