I was skeptical of purchasing this set online due to a *few* of the reviews and how it’d come packaged but it exceeded my expectations! Great quality, super quick shipping AND was packaged so well. Can’t wait to use it this summer ☀️

These chairs are so comfortable! They were easy to put together and look great on our patio. Paired 2 sets of these chairs with the matching sofa. Wish the back cushions on the chairs had the tie back straps like the couch. They do get blown down with heavy winds. Love that the couch cushions don't. This is just as comfortable and beautiful as the PB alternative for far less.

While I want to give this product a 5 star rating I can't because it's impossible to get in contact with anybody from Better Homes %26 Gardens regarding their 1 year manufacturing warranty! We purchased the complete 5 piece patio set back in April of 2025. Shortly after it being assembled and kept safely inside our enclosed patio the “PE Wicker” on one of our swivel chairs broke! The broken wicker on the chair itself is not a high traffic area so I'm not sure what caused the wicker to essentially tear. I'm still within the 1 year manufacturer warranty for a bit longer but I've been trying for months now to submit a claim and resolve this damage with zero luck! I just want my side panel fixed for the price we paid…

One chair was seamlessly put together. The other chair was a complete nightmare. Holes to connect with screws were misaligned causing a nightmare to put together. Walmart customer service was NO help. Waiting to connect with the manufacturer.

I had some issues with assembly, contacted customer care and got spare parts, still the spare part is not 100% compatible but I am out of return window, so adjusted with what I have, its usable. I hope at-least it will last long. I have attached the picture where the nut-holes are not aligning.With replacement parts, still one of nut-hole is not aligning.

Bought the couch and the swivel chairs 3 months ago and all of the seat cushions have started to develop mold. I have 2 young kids that often go outside with their friends and play or hangout on these brand new couches that are molded. After contacting Walmart about the issue “the best they could do” was give me 10% back. This a huge purchase to have bought and already have ruined within 3 MONTHS and 10% just doesn't cover it! Extremely upset with my purchase and the way Walmart handled the situation.

I received this item and was shorted a back pillow from one of the chairs... We have been trying to contact walmart/Better Homes %26 Gardens for 3 weeks now and keep getting the run around. They told us that we did receive the delivery and we needed to ask our neighbors if they have our shipment. At no point did I say we did not receive the shipment. Then i got in touch with someone that said they are reached out to the warehouse to see if they can reship the whole order and that I would hear back within 10 days. 10 days went by and I reached out again. And how they are trying to get us a refund and said we should hear back in 10 days.. Still no response. I do not want a refund I just want one cushion that we were shorted....

I will never order a large furniture item from Walmart again. After the couch coming slightly damaged- I was given no resolution but to return the whole couch. Three separate chat representatives told me a replacement couch was coming in each time. I would get back on the new representative would say no couch was ordered. The slightly damaged couch was picked up and now I can get no couch even after a representative told me I could place a new order. I am shocked at the horrible customer service I have received through this ordeal. Walmart does not stand by their products or their customer service representatives. I will continue with Amazon prime as this has not been rectified and the customer service representative have no idea what they're doing besides providing false promises.

I ordered 4 of these chairs. 2 chairs came broken, one with busted cushions, the other with mechanical issues. Contacted Walmart customer service and got the run around, several times. They lied and said they scheduled pick up for the item and ordered the replacement. This was in August and after several phone calls I still have not gotten the issue resolved. Walmart pretty much ripped me off for 2 chairs. Very disappointed.

Bought this as a whole set with chairs. The chairs were missing the main seat parts. I received more replacement but have waited over 2 months for the 2nd chair. Still have no idea when it will come in %26 Better Homes %26 Garden doesn't know either. So disappointed!! Please, help!
