I was skeptical of purchasing this set online due to a *few* of the reviews and how it’d come packaged but it exceeded my expectations! Great quality, super quick shipping AND was packaged so well. Can’t wait to use it this summer ☀️

These chairs are so comfortable! They were easy to put together and look great on our patio. Paired 2 sets of these chairs with the matching sofa. Wish the back cushions on the chairs had the tie back straps like the couch. They do get blown down with heavy winds. Love that the couch cushions don't. This is just as comfortable and beautiful as the PB alternative for far less.

While I want to give this product a 5 star rating I can’t because it’s impossible to get in contact with anybody from Better Homes %26 Gardens regarding their 1 year manufacturing warranty! We purchased the complete 5 piece patio set back in April of 2025. Shortly after it being assembled and kept safely inside our enclosed patio the “PE Wicker” on one of our swivel chairs broke! The broken wicker on the chair itself is not a high traffic area so I’m not sure what caused the wicker to essentially tear. I’m still within the 1 year manufacturer warranty for a bit longer but I’ve been trying for months now to submit a claim and resolve this damage with zero luck! I just want my side panel fixed for the price we paid…

One chair was seamlessly put together. The other chair was a complete nightmare. Holes to connect with screws were misaligned causing a nightmare to put together. Walmart customer service was NO help. Waiting to connect with the manufacturer.

I had some issues with assembly, contacted customer care and got spare parts, still the spare part is not 100% compatible but I am out of return window, so adjusted with what I have, its usable. I hope at-least it will last long. I have attached the picture where the nut-holes are not aligning.With replacement parts, still one of nut-hole is not aligning.

I received this item and was shorted a back pillow from one of the chairs... We have been trying to contact walmart/Better Homes %26 Gardens for 3 weeks now and keep getting the run around. They told us that we did receive the delivery and we needed to ask our neighbors if they have our shipment. At no point did I say we did not receive the shipment. Then i got in touch with someone that said they are reached out to the warehouse to see if they can reship the whole order and that I would hear back within 10 days. 10 days went by and I reached out again. And how they are trying to get us a refund and said we should hear back in 10 days.. Still no response. I do not want a refund I just want one cushion that we were shorted....

Unfortunately, I want to love this set. The order had 2 missing parts for each chair. (The main seat) I got one replacement right away. But for the 2nd chair, they still have not sent it so the chair can't be put together. They keep telling me it will come but they have no idea when. It has been over 2 months. The only solution they have given me is to wait or return the whole thing to Walmart. I have no way to get these items back to Walmart for a return. I just want what I paid for. Complete chairs!! So disappointed, with the help I have gotten from Better Homes %26 Garden. I think this is not a Walmart issue but a Better Homes %26 Garden issue. At this point, they need to send me a complete chair with all the parts. Not wait on one missing part. If Walmart could help, I would appreciate it!

Bought this as a whole set with chairs. The chairs were missing the main seat parts. I received more replacement but have waited over 2 months for the 2nd chair. Still have no idea when it will come in %26 Better Homes %26 Garden doesn't know either. So disappointed!! Please, help!

Poorly constructed. The arm didn't attach well to the seat because it arrived bent. I also purchased the chairs and one rocks side to side because it isn't level. Emailed the company several times but never heard back. Also I would look for another set where the cushions tie on so they are secure. This set was really pushed by influencers. I wish I hadn't purchased it. Too much work to take apart and send back.

This item was very challenging to put together as nothing lined up. Its together as best as possible and is decent so far. The star review is for the customer service. One of the sodes is damaged so I called to see if they would refund a discount amount off. i was told by 6 different people that it would be processed. Not once was anything processed, I was bounced around. Finally came to the resolution that I would have to return the whole thing and just get a full refund. Its a shame that they would rather lose a sale then give a small discount off. I wont purchase anything large or furniture again from WalMart.
