We love this new patio furniture. It really makes our back patio so much more comfortable and user-friendly. The colors are great neutral. The cushions are super comfy. I can see why this remains to be a top seller year after year. I also love that it comes with a cover-up for inclement weather.

This sofa came nicely wrapped in a box. There was a few pieces that needed to be put together, but the instructions were fairly good. The key to putting this together is to not tighten all the screws until you have everything lined up and partially screwed in.. I love this. I sit on it every morning to have my coffee And lounge on it in the evening to watch TV on my patio.

Everything about this experience has been wonderful. The delivery driver brought my two huge boxes inside my house for me. I unpacked everything carefully. Nothing was damaged or missing. I am a 59 year old woman and it took me about 2 hours to put together 2 chairs, 2 tables, and the couch. They give you a ratcheting Allen wrench so my hands were not even sore by the end. The key is not to tighten any of the screws until the entire piece is assembled. Everything lined up perfectly because of this which is stated in the directions.

I am so happy with this product, so glad I waited cause it went on sale. It was pretty easy to put together. Just remember to not tighten the screws til the end or the holes will not align. Love the quality of the wicker, feels very thick. My daughter love to lay on it and read.

The shipping was a disaster. Everything came separately and not when expected. The couch was bent/damaged. We called to get a replacement piece and they sent the wrong color. When we called back there was no record of the original order and I was told the number I was reading from the box was not matching- how is this possible. Anyway, we have two chairs and ottomens already so we just need the correct color couch pieces. It will be another week before replacements come. On top of everything, they won't take anything back so we have to pay to dispose of the items we recieved. Not cool.

I will never order a large furniture item from Walmart again. After the couch coming slightly damaged- I was given no resolution but to return the whole couch. Three separate chat representatives told me a replacement couch was coming in each time. I would get back on the new representative would say no couch was ordered. The slightly damaged couch was picked up and now I can get no couch even after a representative told me I could place a new order. I am shocked at the horrible customer service I have received through this ordeal. Walmart does not stand by their products or their customer service representatives. I will continue with Amazon prime as this has not been rectified and the customer service representative have no idea what they're doing besides providing false promises.

The item was damaged. The calling and talking with someone for picking up the item, was a joke. Very disappointing as I love the swivel chairs and wanted it all set up for the weekend. Now I have to haul it in myself as it seemed much too difficult for the customer rep to figure it out. I don't think I'll waste my time on ordering again.

This item was very challenging to put together as nothing lined up. Its together as best as possible and is decent so far. The star review is for the customer service. One of the sodes is damaged so I called to see if they would refund a discount amount off. i was told by 6 different people that it would be processed. Not once was anything processed, I was bounced around. Finally came to the resolution that I would have to return the whole thing and just get a full refund. Its a shame that they would rather lose a sale then give a small discount off. I wont purchase anything large or furniture again from WalMart.

Bought this as a whole set with chairs. The chairs were missing the main seat parts. I received more replacement but have waited over 2 months for the 2nd chair. Still have no idea when it will come in %26 Better Homes %26 Garden doesn't know either. So disappointed!! Please, help!

This patio sofa arrived in a box that was torn up and damaged, then wrapped in black plastic to try to cover the damage. Of course the sofa inside was also damaged and needed to be returned. It took 3 different attempts to return because Walmart kept sending UPS ground instead of freight despite multiple calls to try to get the correct truck. After one of the UPS ground carriers angrily managed to get the box in his truck, I have yet to receive my refund. It's been 2 months. I would not recommend this headache to anyone.
