Better Homes & Gardens Rockport Club Swivel Chairs, Brown, 2 Pack

This is made in Vietnam, not china, and as such I found the quality to be quite good. It went together quite easily. This stuff is heavy, and the cushions are comfortable. I like that all the cushions are held in place with toggles. It was delivered in 4 boxes. I received 2 boxes on one day and 2 the next. It was delivered by FedEx, one box was pretty beat up and had a good size hole in it. A bit of scrapes on the underside of one seat, Luckily, there was no damage on any visible surfaces. It comes with awesome covers for the chairs and sofa. Not really a complaint, but I wish they had included a cover for the table, as well.

We haven't assembled them yet. Fast delivery, the team was awesome! Please tell them, my neighbor met them.

The chairs were very easy to assemble. They look amazing and the quality is good. They are very comfortable.

It was hard pulling the cushions out of the shrinkwrap. Took 2 of us. But, no big deal. Cushions are hard, but still a good purchase. Love the covers that come with this set. Make sure to measure prior to buying. They are big. Even with firm cushions, I would recommend and purchase again. We also bought the sofa that matches.

I don’t normally write reviews—I honestly don’t typically shop at Walmart BUT I’ve been eyeing this set for a year trying to decide between it and the Rivers Oak set. I’m here to say I’m BLOWN AWAY by the quality of this set. It took my husband and I the better part of an evening to put together the chairs, sofa, ottomans, and coffee table. Each piece is QUALITY. My husband continuously commented on the quality of the construction and the welds. We are picky about our purchases. The cushions are firm but comfy, the covers fit well and even have a drawstring so you can tighten around the bottom so they don’t blow away. The coffee table is really heavy duty and the ceramic top is very nice, the ottoman’s fit perfectly underneath of it. If you are on the fence, I’m telling you this set is worth every cent and I even got it on clearance! If you’re looking for a quality set, look no further, this is it.

Rockport chairs sets are gorgeous , solid, thick cushions, spin easy and rock slightly. Fairly easy to put together considering I am older with 2 knee replacemnets. Directions could be better. The screw that shoud of been easy to put in (the wing screw) was very hard to line up. It is inside the hollow are and you need to reach in to find the opening I used a screw driver to make sure they lined up to insert wing screws. Happened on all 4 chairs. Once you do this tighten all your screws and put your cushions on and relax in your your Home and Gardens Rockport Club BEAUTIFUL, COMFORTABLE, STYLISH chairs...Your family and friends will be so jealous. Hope they last and well as they look. The warranty is pretty good too!

This set completely transformed my covered back porch. Not only it is beautiful, it is well made, sturdy and the seats are extremely comfortable. I couldn't be happier with this purchase - It completely exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

Was disappointed that one of the chairs leaned to the left and did not swivel correctly. The frame seemed to be bent. The return process was not easy. We had to buy boxes to return both chairs even though one of the chairs was great. We could not return to the store. So the return is costing us money and several hours of time to take the chairs apart and box up for Fed Ex. Hoping the replacement set has no issues.

Received the order. Put the 2 chairs together but the cushions were wrong. One seat and 3 backs. Walmarts remedy is to do a return. No way! They won't just send me cushions. Super frustrating.

I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this due to the cheap material used and unraveling. The directions are minimal requiring you to use your own knowledge and figure it out .
