Better Homes & Gardens Ruffled Bedskirt, White, Adjustable

Putting on a bed skirt is difficult for one person, since you have to raise the mattress. I ordered this one because it used elastic to go around the mattress base. It was easy to install and looks great on my queen size bed.

Very easy to put on this bed skirt-just wrap around the bed base. Much easier than using a traditional bed skirt under a mattress. Well sewn, also!

I've had plenty of bedskirts or bed ruffles on my beds over the past 50 years. They all hung nicely below the Mattel with gentle folds around the base of the bed. This one, however, does not. It hangs flat around my queen sized bed like a pencil skirt on a woman. I can only imagine trying to get it around a king bed and I'm pretty sure on a full sized bed there'd be few, if any, gentle folds in the skirt as well. Because I liked the crocheted look, I ordered a second one and plan to splice them together. On the other hand, I may just return both and get one made specially for a queen bed because one size definitely does NOT fit all as advertised and buying elsewhere would wind up being more cost efficient. Disappointed in this false advertisement…

This bed skirt is elastic and hard to place correctly on mattress/bed frame. I prefer those that go between the bed frame and mattress. The button to hold the item broke after a couple of weeks. It's very pretty and I fixed it with a safety pin.

It's not what I thought it would be it does not have no slits to be able to go around the railing. Had to cut it so it would go on there . But I guess it will do.
