The chairs arrived a couple of days late. I assembled them immediately to ensure no issues, as others mentioned parts and damaged pieces. Assembly was a breeze. The charis themselves swivel and rock, exactly what we wanted. The second chair had some fraying of wicker. I promptly contacted the customer service number located on the assembly manual. 3 days later, a new left arm arrived free. they put it in asa warrany claim. I'm super happy with the product and service. I paid $195 for two! Only time will tell about durability as these are not alluminium framed like the more expensive ones from a true oitdoor furniture company. We bought weather protecatant covers to help reduce the risk of weather beat and to extend the life of them. My only regret is that I didn't buy another set.

Very easy to assemble! My 11 year old daughter put it together to surprise me when I got home!!

Sturdy, easy to assemble and super comfortable. We purchased the sofa and table as well. Looks great on our porch.

This is a beautiful, sturdy and perfect outdoor conversation set for our sunroom! It was a bit tricky to put together but we figured it out and it's just fine.

Delivery was on time. Both pieces came in one box. Put it together with my daughter. It probably took over an over total, but once we put the first one together guided by the instructions, the 2nd only took a few minutes. The seats are comfortable as they are beautiful. My entire family loves that they are swivel especially my 6-year old. I recommend

Love it but assembly is required. Shipping took a very long time! Was worth the wait! It's very sturdy and comfortable!

These are very good looking chairs for the cost. I love how square they are which make them a bit more modern. The cushions that come with are just ok. The material is a little itchy imo. I bought Sunbrella replacements from Sams.com for them and they are much better quality. Still saved $1000 buying these with better cushions than others I was considering. The swivel and rocker work perfect. Assembly wasn't hard just took some time to put together 4. So bring your patience. Cushions in these photos are the sunbrella cast iron color from Sam's which was virtually identical to the cushions that came with these chairs.

The set is beautiful and wasn't too hard to assemble, BUT the coordinating coffee table arrived broken and wicker is already breaking on the arms of the chairs. We have the set under a covered patio. I can't say I recommend it for those reasons.

tough to put together when major pieces are so bent. i managed to get it done then went to put it on the base which is dented oval! so bad. and this review won't let me attach pictures. I think i got a returned set due to the same reason. box said 1 of 2 and had a full set picture. sad

Chairs arrived damaged- holes in the sides. After getting bounced around by customer service, was told it was being escalated to a manager as I did not want to spend hours taking the chairs apart to repack to return and just wanted replacement for the damaged pieces. Was told I would receive an email with the replacement information, but instead received an email to return the item after which they will send new chairs to replace. And I have to somehow get this giant box to fed ex on my own because they won't allow a scheduled pickup. Save yourself the time and headache and do not buy these. I wish I had listened to other reviewers about the poor quality and customer service. What a waste of time, money, and effort.
