Table trip was scratched easily.

The pieces seem heavy and sturdy. Disappointingly, the table top scratched noticeably on first use from having a laptop on it. I hadn't imagined the surface would be that delicate. The chairs and table had some small chipped places on the finish. This was a real bummer but not a big enough deal to repackage and return the hrs y set. It didn't take a terribly long time to assemble. Overall it does look nice but the cushions stain easily and it's not as durable as I'd hoped for.

Once assembled it is very nice. However, it was missing all the screws, and I had to go to Home Depot to buy them in order to build it.

I purchased the Better Homes and Gardens Tarren 6-Piece Table Set and was really disappointed with the experience. When the table arrived, multiple pieces were damaged—including both tabletops, a table leg, and the bench top. The hardware package had also come apart during shipping, so all the screws and bolts were loose inside the box. I reached out to the company to request replacement parts, but they refused to send any replacements. Their only solution was to return the entire set—by shipping only, which is incredibly inconvenient and complicated for such a large, heavy item. The table itself is attractive, but the quality control and customer service were extremely frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this product unless you're willing to risk damage and deal with a return process that's more hassle than it's worth.

I'm really disappointed in this set. It looks absolutely beautiful, but there's two problems. The table top is metal so it definitely cannot be outside in the sun and the table wobbles. All of the legs are assembled correctly, but it really needs a middle leg. Packaging is terrible. All pieces scratched and dented. Also, the parts package came completely apart during shipping so we had to figure out which piece belonged where. Company will not replace parts - said to return to store, which is allowed by mail only. Terrible. Would not recommend.

The tabletop keeps arriving bent. The company has sent replacements and it has taken a while. The replacement arrived bent. We've just been sitting around with pieces of furniture and if we'd want to return this, we'd have to package it back in the box and take it to FedEx. Absolutely don't recommend this.

Table top arrived damaged. Company was no help and now I'm stuck with it

Chairs came separate from set damaged and Walmart would not return or refund unless whole set was wrapped up and returned.

Just purchased and put together this table. It arrived damaged, bent, and scratched upon opening the box. It has already rusted. The quality is terrible. Definitely not worth purchasing, put your money towards something of better quality.
