Better Homes & Gardens White Textured Fabric Drum Replacement Lamp Shade, 10 in Top x 14 in Bottom x 11 in H

While not completely apparent from the photo, this shade has some detail to it - reminiscent of days gone by (1960s-1970s). The linen texture is prominent, especially when lit-up, but that is so much a part of its charm. Living in a mid-century home in California, this fits perfectly with the decor of the home, but doesn't feel dated in any way. Until the old shade was removed, I did not realize how what appeared to be a white shade (the old one) was actually casting a beige/golden undertone to the room when the bulb was on. This shade does not do that, and it brings new light and life to the room overall. The quality is that of far more expensive shades, and I would definitely suggest this as a consideration in any replacement lampshade need and/or changeout.

This is a top shelf lampshade that actually lets light without thru without letting TOO much light thru. And it has a proper spider harp mount, not one of the new sketchy mounts. Good buy. NOTE - Walmart just dropped this on my concrete porch, no box, not even a bag to protect it. Lampshades are by nature a bit delicate. Might want to think about picking one up in the store.

The size, white color and price are perfect. I bought a lamp from facebook and needed a new shade. I found a similar shade at Home Depot but it was $10 higher. I'm very happy with this shade!

This lampshade is exactly what my old lamp needed, simply white yet with a very subtle white pattern and so reasonably priced. And I did NOT need to assemble it- ready to use after removing the protective cellophane wrap. It was easy to purchase online and pick up in the store. Walmart employees are always helpful!

Nice crisp linen like shade. Let's the light through and brightens up the whole room. Great value for the dollar.

They are excellent for the price. They look very nice and were delivered in excellent condition, which is not easy for something of that size and fairly fragile.

Bright white, good texture, great for letting light through. Really brightens a room. Greatly improved the lighting in the room. I definitely recommend.

In comparison to HomeGoods lampshades the value isn't there for the quality you receive. Also, every lampshade I purchased showed up with stains. Delivery people left something to be desired. Ended up having to re-order a second set of shades, which were only mildly better. Would I purchase these again? Absolutely not. Save your money and find the lamb shades at HomeGoods for half the price.

If I could give this less than one star I would. These are very nice lampshades however, the fulfillment department at Walmart do not follow instructions. I ordered these 3×1st time they arrived in a plastic bag. Needless to say they were damaged. Second time I ordered them, and the agent said that he would instruct that they'd be put in a box.Arrived in another bag. Third order to give it one last try explaining the situation, and they arrived in a plastic bag again.
