so far so good
It shreds papers well although i am staying at just 3 or 4 papers at a time especially since they are heavier weight papers from bank etc. Light enough to pick up though the handle only picks up the actual shredder unit and not the basket part below. Instructions mention oiling it but not sure how that works or who sells the correct kind of oil for it.

Quality control
I ordered 2 shades for pickup. One of them was bent when I picked it up. I should have returned it immediately but did not have time. So - one of the shades has a dent/crease.

It turns out someone stole my product off my porch. It was delivered. I saw the photo when it was delivered but someone must have grabbed after it was delivered. NOT HAPPY!

Good product. I did not know to check ring size so shades did not fit on lamp. I need to return. Too bad, I liked them. I need to look locally so I can measure ring size. Too bad that was not included with measurements.

I really wanted this shade but had to cancel and reorder another one because this one has been in delay for a few weeks. Still won't stop me from ordering other stuff

Very poor delivery decision
It was delivered just thrown in a plastic mailing bag with other items thrown in . The side of the lamp shade was crushed in….. really?!?!?!? No box…. No protection?!?!?!!

Can't Review What isn't Delivered
I never received this and several other items. I live in a lovely place but the Walmart near us, is a small store and doesn't carry as much. The Superstore nearest us is in a high crime area that's getting worse. I've had delivery drivers show up with their kids, spouse and friends. Not once has the driver followed the delivery instructions, though we've reported it many, many times. We're both retired and have disabilities. We rely on deliveries. It's very frustrating.

The lampshade is nice, if one whole section of it wasn't damaged from being shipped in a box with 3 gallons of bleach! Since I'm using it in a corner I'm not returning it but I definitely think Walmart needs more training in their shipping process!!!

Did NOT have item at pick up! Employee said it would be mailed. Item needs to be changed to mail delivery!
