It is expensive, but dont use often. Usually make my own chicken bone broth by simmering chicken carcass overnite, but sometimes need added flavor. I keep the jar in the freezer, still soft enough to spoon out, %26 wont spoil, as I dont use it often. Just when I need to add a bit of flavor to gravy, soup etc. Still searching for product that really is low sodium %26 will add flavor. lol. Probably not in my lifetime.

This product is a classic, used by millions. It tastes just fine, but it is still too salty for my needs. It's very convenient - more economical than buying cartons of broth or making my own. Although, homemade has superior nutritional qualities. While I'm glad they offer a reduced sodium product, I would still like a product with even less sodium! I use half of the recommended quantity per cup of water. I think this company is missing a big opportunity.

I ordered low salt and got reduced salt. Not good I'm on a no salt diet. I don't mind some salt it swells me up. could have sent back but would have been a hassle. Only use a Tbsp. or two. I can't use this for soup because it's too salty.

No expiration date on the cover why ??? 😡😡😡
